Went in right before closing. They were super nice and made my drink cheerfully. There were several people drinking coffee who had brought their computers in to work, the atmosphere was great. I tried a Golden Latte and it was divine! I had been feeling like I was starting to catch a cold and the warmth of the drink with the spices really helped. We always stop by here when we’re in Joplin. I enjoy the iced chai tea latte with whole milk and my husband always gets the drip coffee of the day. Never disappointed. Love the cozy atmosphere and they also offer a variety of sweet treats as well as coffee to take home and gifts. Highly recommended!

The flavor combinations on their specialty coffees are unique and compliment well. The Orange Clove Cappuccino was absolute perfection. And if you don't purchase a garlic herb croissant, I will be personally offended. My favourite speciality coffee in the area. Locally roasted and owned, with the beans sustainably sourced. This includes farms operated by hard working women, and always purchased in a way that the local communities benefit. The staff are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. You can get some great retail coffee and other brewing supplies Bearded Lady is definitely worth a visit if you need a sneaky takeaway coffee, meeting a friend, or sitting down to work or study.

Best cold brew in town by far, nitro oat milk latte on tap is super fast and amazing. Their rotating specials are unique. They may not have whipped cream but the s’mores is topped with marshmallow fluff and brûléed with a torch for a bit of a show, so pro tip ask for marshmallow fluff if they don’t have whipped cream. They share the building with frosted cakerie so they often have pastries and other items for sale at the counter that you can buy with your coffee. Overall they are a little pricey so heads up for those used to getting coffee for a quarter, but it is a local treat.

The store is really welcoming. The girl that helped me was very friendly. Prices are steep for a small drink. I've had a couple of drinks from there & usually take a couple of sips and then toss it out. It's been a waste of $4.50 each time. This coffee shop is amazing. They handcraft their syrups and have some of the most creative drinks I have seen. I had the lemon drop and the Beet-le juice. Both of these drinks were amazing.

Staff is great they will give u a taste to see if what flavor to get with whatever brew I want. I recommend this. And when I come back to Joplin I’ll be back! 💯
