Here for a work conference. We made reservations in advance but still had a 45 minute wait. Was looking forward to trying the wickles … spicey and sweet fried pickles but they were out of… tried the jerk chicken 🐓 entre, sweet potato fries 🥔 with a sweet tai chili sauce and fried pickles 🥒 … the waitress was great 💫 but expect to wait … food 🥘 was really good… all and all worth it.

The food was very good. The staff was very nice and upbeat. The only thing that I can say is that I got my first drink before my meal and didn't get a refill until we were done eating. That might be petty, but just annoying. On her behalf, they were very busy. I do understand that. She was very nice though. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I took my friend to lunch today. I ordered the big rooster sandwich with coleslaw and she ordered the chicken Philly sandwich on Naan bread with curly fries. She said the curly fries weren't that good. The sandwich was great. My sandwich was huge! It had an entire chicken breast on the bun with lots of lettuce, tomato, pickle, bacon, and cheese. It was the kind of sandwich that you have to eat backwards and forwards. Lettuce kept sliding off, and I had to ask for mayonnaise because there wasn't anything on the sandwich even though it was supposed to have honey mustard on it. The coleslaw was okay. THE ANSWER IS YES! You should stop here! 1. It's super easy to get to from the highway 2. It is DELICIOUS 3. Everyone is so nice!!! Great atmosphere, great food. Candi was our waitress and she was an absolute delight. It was worth the wait to get to this place when I decided in Gainesville that "I wanted something other than fast food." No Regrets, they rock. Thank you for a wonderful lunch and it was a pleasure meeting you, Ms. Candi, as well as your coworkers! (PS the Naan potroast Philly cheese sandwich is to die for! Get the sweet potato fries on the side ;) I like them without salt. My hubby enjoyed the Buffalo chicken gooey chicken bowl, and the gentleman who seated us said the Geaux Fish is amazing, too!) Decent Sports bar that you can take your kids to. Waitresses are fully clothed. Otherwise its just bar food. Lots to choose from. We had hamburgers they were very good. Had a great lunch today at Baumhower’s. We loved all the menu options like burgers, wings, bowls, salads, and more. Of course, I had the boneless wings that were crispy and had just the right amount of sauce. Added curly fries for the win! My lunch friend had the tailgate burger and was very pleased with it. Next time I’m trying the Pot Roast bowl which looked amazing. The customer seated near us said it was really good. While you’re at the restaurant, be sure to check out the NFL and Crimson Tide Players’ memorabilia. A great walk down memory lane! If you need to cater an event, give them a call and let them get creative. They offer lots of options that will really get people happy. Baumhower’s is also a interesting place to spend time with friends while watching a sporting event. Strangers become friends and have fun talking a little smack about a rival team. So be sure to have a drink and order some great eats off their extensive menu. Roll Tide! Stopped for lunch on our way back to Houston. I like hot chicken but I also wanted something light, I choose the hot chicken salad and it was really good, I did not need the ranch dressing as it had the hot sauce all through out the salad. Traveling from NC to LA we stopped by this spot in Alabama after seeing all the pictures online and so glad I did. My dad ordered us some wings I got the honey garlic and it was so good. I’d order those wings again. For my meal I order the Shrimp Naan it was delicious and filling. It was loaded with crispy shrimp and the naan and sauce was a great addition. For my little ones I ordered a Mac n cheese and cheesy fries. I didn’t realize the cheesy fries had bacon but our kind waitress helped by getting us a new baconless version. For dessert I was able to try beignets for the first time. It did not exceed my expectations or my fathers. The waiter said we can add a sauce to it if we would like next time if we ever wanted to try it again. Had the chicken and waffle, nothing to brag about. The chicken was dry and the waffle from a package. We waited over an hour for a table to only be served mediocre offerings. The best thing I had was the mozzarella sticks or rounds. I'm not one to bash a place, so I'll say it was not a bad experience. The service was good and the staff were pleasant. First of all the name itself says enough. After I ate here I claimed victory over the rest of my week. The menu has a south slash Cajun style cooking. Had a very difficult time choosing a meal because there were so many mouth watering options. Being the cheese lover I am got the homemade cheese wedges, bomb diggidy. Follow by one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant: can’t even remember the funky name it had but it was spicy breaded chicken breast, over cheese grits, served with a bun and made from scratch greens.
