The ice cream was delicious and the staff was really friendly. The service was good and everyone working there seemed to be in good spirits. However, I did notice that the store wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Despite this, I would still recommend Baskin Robbins for their tasty treats and great customer service.

The young man in the blue shirt gave us amazing service. He was so kind and was helping us pick out the best flavors such as Cookie Monster. He was making conversation which was nice. Usually in Springfield we haven’t gotten good service so this is a nice change and changed my perspective on Springfield. Thank you for saving the city Mr. Blue shirt.
