Very slow......we ordered a decent amount of ice cream (5 people's worth). I am one person and when asked for some kind of carrier I was told no. I had 2 waffle cones plus 3 cups. It was not easy to carry all of my order. The staff was not polite. Will not be going back.

Absolutely my fav DD&BR location. They're the only spot that prepares my Oreo Cappacino Blast, no whip, blended with extra oreos and topped with oreos to perfection. Chef's kiss!!

I simply love Baskin Robbins!!! Went today to get my daughter's free scoop for her birthday. She got the Bourbon Street Pecan Pie ice cream. It's so good! It has pieces of pie crust in it! We'll be getting a quart of that for dessert on Thanksgiving!

Love Baskin Robbin, but will never go to this store again. Special ordered a birthday cake for party tomorrow and the cake was not what I ordered. I was told it couldn't be changed and I couldn't get a refund until Monday. The party is Sunday (tomorrow) and no cake!!

Was up for a late snack and i wanted ice cream. I got a chocolate waffle bowl with sprinkles. 2 scoops , a oreo and strawberry cheese cake scoop. It was a good combination. I also had whip cream and cherry on top. I went through the drive thru and the speaker is so low and their english is not that good so i had to drive up to the window. That was the only problem. This is a cool place to go overall. I recommend you go there. Im satisfied

My grandkids and husband loved what I purchased from there. So we're all happy 😊 And the employees were super kind, fast .🤩😍

They took forever as if they don't even train their new employees. And when I ordered something that was clearly on the menu (2 brownies) they said that they don't have that unless it's in a sundae, even though it was right up there on the menu.
