I love this place. Baskin Robins is the only place that sells Bubble Gum ice cream with actually gum in it so I come here quite often just to get this one flavor. There shakes are pretty good too. Service is always great here as well. They’ll let you try as many flavors as it takes till you find something you like.

This Place had a nice young lady working her name was Charisma. She was eager to help and she let us try a few flavors before she made us our milkshakes. She was fast and efficient and our milkshakes were amazing and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend

Went for a sundae and a cone. I got Black walnut ice cream in a hot fudge sundae. Was tasty. My girlfriend got a small cone. Can't remember what flavor, but she said it was good. Would go again. Only 3 on duty, so they were a bit slow.

The girl was willing to sing happy birthday! They were really awesome with our chaotic order and the young ladies smile never faltered. They are always really great....I just wish they would open the bathrooms back up. (But that serves no bearing on my rating!!!)

Nice service and ice cream was pretty good, however it seems like every time I visit here the scoops are not so big and too soft. It's like soft service ice cream but ice cream is supposed to be served harder. It tastes better that way. Keeping it soft for easier scooping is not really doing best for customers. The one in Medford serves larger scoops and usually it is harder like it should be.

My experience at the Grants Pass 31 flavors location was VERY disappointing. We ordered 2 sperate Sundays (1) 2-scoop & (1) 3-scoop $12.00.. The cups they were made in were 1/2 full. The lids to cover the toppings were a total waste with was ONLY 2 inches of finished product. NEVER going back!!!
