This Baskin Robbins is the best store I have visited in the Chicago land area. The staff is always on point with correct orders and extremely fast service. There is a staff member there by the name of Bobby who always knows my order as soon I pull up to the drive thru. Always gets it right and is extremely personable and professional. If you are looking for great coffee or a quick treat this is definitely the place to go. 5 stars all around. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

I love Baskin Robbins since I was young. Clean, nice, inviting environment and I was served immediately. Great location and staff. I absolutely love these cakes from Baskin and Robbins and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

We went to buy some ice creams on 31st all-day offer. It was selling 2 1-quart ice-cream at 7.99 at that particular day but the cashier told they are 5.99 each then we ask for an offer and he couldn't figure it out about the offer so he calls for the manager. The manger also claimed it was 5.99 each. We show them the offer in our mobile app, then the manager said the offer is not valid in this store. Later we show the same offer which was shown in that store. Later the manager had hardcoded the price but it took them a long time and when we came back home, the ice cream was already half melted. The sad story of the Celebrate May 31st day.

The ice cream was serviceable and the restaurant was clean. The staff was largely indifferent and were blasting modern dance music. I'm sure they enjoyed the music but I really didn't need a thumping base beat to eat icecream.

We occasionally pop (we have lived here since it was built) in for our usual-sometimes using the drive through and each time we have been disapointed, the portions are way too small. My las visit unfortunately, the server was clearly agitated because I ordered two baseball sundaes along with a double scoop of another flavor and he flipped the order (unintentionally of-course) and was irritated with me?

Everything said they were open until 10pm, but we went at 9:30 on a Friday night and it was all locked up.

Love me some Baskin-Robbins ice cream wish there weren't so many teenagers working there at that don't seem all that eager to help when you're standing there waiting for someone to get you your ice cream
