Everything I ordered was messed up. I usually don’t have an issue when employees make mistakes, everyone does it, but everything was messed up. I asked for a medium french vanilla iced coffee and It had no french vanilla in it, so I gave it back and they put more pumps in it. I also ordered a jelly donut and I didn't get it. I THEN ordered a pancake bacon wrap, and I received just a regular wrap. My friend ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, and the croissant was burnt to a crisp. The hash browns that we received were also burnt. I understand that mistakes are made, but this is just unacceptable. The employees obviously don’t care and the manager or the boss of the place should have a long chat with their employees that they hired. I am completely disappointed with this dunkin and I will not be going back.

I was very disappointed in Baskin Robbins. 50 dollars for an ice cream cake ( They said we customize your cake ) Well I asked if they can write Happy Sweet 16 . The nice Lady said No but you can buy some candles . I don't want candles. She said we don't do that. She rang me up told me I'm better off going to ShopRite and get a Carvel cake . Well I should of . After I was rung up I asked for a bag as my cake was quite large and was told we don't give out bags . Wow !!! Next time I will take my business elsewhere. I

Going to say, as a door dasher that picks up from here often in morning, these employees look for easy way out! And in a community w 55 and older, they do not do right by there customers via delivery apps! Numerous times I ha e picked up a order, where they were out of a added flavor (hazelnut pump) instead of waiting for pick up, asking for different choice, they cancel refund, while these clients are still paying the full delivery fee for a single donut? Cause there large iced coffee w hazelnut was cancelled due to no hazelnut, allow these ppl to substitute!!! Instead of cancelling! Sad! Very sad

we use to have 2 baskin robbins in jackson and for some reason they are no longer working with dunkin donuts.. so ive been comming to this store to get my fixed and friends for a drink called "mocha capucino blast".. this is not a cheap drink and i sometimes get 4 medium of these a day for me and my co workers 4 days a week and its not cheap. my only complain is they seem to always run out of these drinks more often than any store ive been going to bfore. i get that it takes awhile to make these and im willing to wait no question its that good.. so upper management if your reading this ? alot of people buy this drink and its your high end drink and cost alot of money so if you can keep your inventory running well to maintain this drink youd be really doing well with your profit.. other than that the staff morning till late is always great in this branch.. thanks guys..

Happy to see that there is still a Baskin Robbins in Toms River on route 37… The young man who served us was very polite very accommodating, told us about the app… Looking forward to enjoying my pralines and cream. But again the young man made our brief encounter very enjoyable!...

I’ve been trying to place an order for a cake for my mom’s birthday. When I go to the website to order it gives me an error message and tells me to call the store directly. No one answers the store phone so I can place the order. I’d do it in person but I’m calling from NY to pick up on the way to my mother’s house.

I’ve been coming here to get ice cream on Fridays for the past few weeks and the service has been terrible each time. I was hoping that it was just a few bad nights, but tonight employees were actually coming outside to talk to the drivers in the drive-thru and one employee was too busy chatting with the occupants in the car at the window to actually get them their order. We actually had to beep the horn to get the employee to get a move on! I don’t know what how service was before COVID, but I think the pandemic has made these girls way too comfortable with slacking off.

Found out the Jersey B-R’s are exactly NO better than the Chicago ones. Terrible service, multiple menu items posted but out of stock, ice cream they DO have often fails to be fresh. Don’t waste your time - go on to Dairy Queen or friendlys when in NJ.

The Jamoica almond fudge can not be gotten here, only a tasteless Jamoica. For as many people that work there the service is slow at best. My recommendation is, find a different place.
