Kudos for adding dairy free options! Highly recommend Date Night when it’s available around Valentine’s Day, and Love Potion 31 was actually very tasty and pleasant service is fast when the two main baddies are around!

Picked up a cake for my daughter's birthday. The employees had the door blocked off for health safety reasons and I had to let them know what I wanted to get before They let me walk in. They had a lovely cake in stock and they even put her name on it. Very courteous and friendly service.

First and for most Faith was rude! The whole team looked stressed and communication was absent. I had an Order with doordash and they only allowed me to get one Order at a time. If that’s the policy then I hope u guys communicate that with the doordash app because it allows us to get multiple orders. The manager was okay but I know she could of done a lot more to push her team to be faster and more respectful it’s an ice cream shop,shouldn’t take longer then a fast food place. Just saying. This is in no way to disrespect Baskin robins I love their ice cream but this store needs to step it up.

The young lady that took my order for my banana split was very friendly and did not need to be reminded which three choices I requested. Very fast and efficient as well. Definitely an asset to the company.

The evening I was there there was a line out the door, which is usually a good sign. The staff handled the constant flow very well and kept the line moving with smiles to greet the next customer. The ice cream is Baskin-Robbins, but the service was very good.

Learned a lot from my experience here. My view on the ice cream industry has been changed forever. I know now that the world is beautiful thanks to the help of their wild and reckless flavor. Thank you baskin for making me not end my life. I love you
