Ordered a cake for daughters birthday needed it same day. I was told and promised that it would be ready after 9pm but no cake when I arrived to pick it and daughter didnt get a birthday cake. Horrible business practice . Apologized and told me to go back tomorrow. Uh, no! I live in the high desert and have to order my cakes down the hill cause high desert doesn't carry chocolate fudge ice cream. Will never ever order from this location again!!!

It's been over ten years since I've walked into this place. I was on a mission for a small ice cream cake already made because ordering was not an option. I found exactly what I was looking for. I thought $13 was a little steep for a single piece of ice cream cake but I needed it so I bought it. Now came the hard part... Choosing between a root beer float and a scoop of bubble gum ice cream. Smh 🤔 bubble gum ice cream won however they didn't have it!😱😱 Wait! What! That just threw off my whole game. I ended up getting pistachio instead of a root beer float...what was I doing? Clearly I was still distraught over the absence of the bubble gum ice cream. 😵 The store was clean, very quiet. Employees were ok, didn't talk much not even to each other.. but more importantly, what happened to the bubble gum ice cream?

I went to the Baskin-Robbins on Baseline in Fontana and the workers are very dismissive and anxious to get out of there. When we walked in they did not greet us welcome or hello they are too busy talking amongst each other and cleaning the glasses where the ice creams are at although they did see us and make eye to eye contact we were the one to say hello and they didn't reply back. So I abruptly said hello and the young girl says what can I get you not even looking me and keeps cleaning the glass so I give her my ice cream order she looks irritated that she has to take off her gloves and stop cleaning to get my ice cream. So after I go to pay she looks in a hurry give me my change. I also work in a customer business if they have workers that do not take pride in their job or acknowledge their customers or guests it's a bad reflection on their business. So my friend and I decided to eat inside and after we finish the ice cream turn around and said thank you. They looked at us and then turned around and continue talking to each other very rude. So I advise you to have a little pep talk with your employees cuz it's a bad reflection on your business. Tell them to acknowledge their guests. And say we will be right with you if they're busy because people are really understanding. FYI my friend and I were the only ones they're at the time. So there is no excuse of being super busy. I meant to give it one star by the way

The waffle cones we purchased, we're old & hard. After returning to their store, I was given another cone, without ice cream. ???? Not good business savvy. Customer service at this particular location was inadequate, at best.

Very upset with this place. I placed an online order on july 10 for a cake for july 16. Came to the store to pick up the cake and to my surprise they DIDNT HAVE IT!!! We where having our lids birth party at chuck e cheese missed half an hour of our party(since chuckecheese is only reserved for 2hrs) trying to for the girl to talk to her manager and see what she wanted to about the problem. They gave us the option to get any cake, we did! They gave us the refund BUT Guess what we still had to pay the difference for the cake because it cost more than the one we had order... HeY it wasn’t our fault u have new employees and they are not doing their job correctly!!! Won’t be ordering any cales from here AGAIN!!

I stated coming here only because tmobile gives its customers free icecream every now and then, and I am glad that they do. I never realized how good Baskin Robbins icecream is. Whit that being said my favorite is the Baseball Nut, it has raspberry with bits of chocolate and cashews in vanilla ice cream. My daughter is in love with the wild and crazy which is a sherbert. I also ordered an icecream cake for my daughters birthday with the same icecream half and half.
