The Baskin Robins at the Northpoint is a small one but the staff is efficient, they aren’t stingy on the scoop size, and they are always kind and patient when I have specific requests. I highly recommend it if you’re nearby and craving something sweet!

The cashier was a very sweet girl....she gave me ample of time to decide which icecream i wanted as i always get mesmerized looking at so many flavours....although i was the last customer and she had to shut the store but still she didn’t rush and she also made me taste 2 flavours and was very professional plus sweet....and also helped me find a very good flavour....would definitely come here again....oh yes and the icecream was great as always

Good Selection of Flavors, Fast and Friendly Staff. Avoid the wait at Ben and Jerry's and come here.

I really liked their mocha frozen drink. When I went there the last time, I was disappointed they don’t do soft serve anymore. I still go in for the regular ice cream and frozen drinks. The staff is usually friendly. Plus lots of parking with benches to sit and enjoy ice cream outside when weather is good.

A Reston classic and home town favorite, Baskin Robins continues to be the centerfold of life at North Point. Props to the main worker, who has been there for years and always brings a smile to my face.

Taking a trip to this Baskin-Robbins is always a refreshing treat. The employees at this location are helpful friendly and go above and beyond. They were very accommodating to special dietary needs. The inside of the store is a bit crowded, however there's lovely outdoor seating options in the front.
