I went in there to get my wife a hand pack of ice cream that was her favorite. When I ordered a pint and a quart I was told I had to pay before they packed it. I didn’t mind so I did. The girl didn’t know how to do it but tried anyway. It was the pint. Then a male came and was doing the quart ho kept talking to the other employees and finally finished and handed me my ice cream. I left and when I got home I felt so ripped off by them! A piece of the glove the girl was wearing was in the pint because she had long pointed nails! I did a survey hoping the owner would make things right because there is a Dunkin Donuts inside also that I would buy product from. She never replied so here I am! I will never go in there for coffee because there is a Dutch Bros. Next door. I also understand about the quality of employee’s you get now a days but that isn’t the issue. Indifference is the issue for a owner who decides to do nothing at all!! This is what I got for $12.48.

I ordered an ice cream cake and it was not ready on the scheduled pick up date. I called to cancel the order and Shelby was extremely polite and professional. She was able to accommodate my request and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Shelby!!!

Almost always out of world class chocolate, cookies and cream & chocolate chip. Haven’t had double scoop cups with lids for 3 weeks. Always hear “we are just about to turn in an order.” I am going to quit wasting my time going there. Lots of other places. I predict they will be out of business in less than a year and they will not understand why. Read the reviews on this site. The answer is there

Unfortunately, yet another disappointing attempt to enjoy BR. They are frequently out of standard flavors and do not carry seasonal favorites. Today, we were told their “ice cream machine” has been out for two days, so they have no ice cream at all. Sure wish things would improve — I’d be their best customer!

The store was clean. The ice cream tasted good. The problem was we thought the ice cream should have been colder. It was melting before we got to our SUV.

I was accustomed to Baskin Robbins in other locations providing generous scoops commensurate with the cost. I was so excited to have one in college station! My first visit was so disappointing. They were out several favorite flavors as other reviewers have said. In addition the portions were so small it is honestly better to buy Baskin-Robbins from the freezer section at HEB next door. I will never buy ice cream here again.

Worst ice cream shop I have ever been to. They are consistently out of basic items. We haven’t been to this place in months because of that. Tonight we decided to try them again. No bananas, no hot fudge, no chocolate chip ice cream. Seriously people. Drive to H‑E‑B if you have to. Won’t be back.

Got an ice cream and the top of the tub looked contaminated from other flavors had dropped in it. It looked like they avoided it as they scooped it but every couple of bites had a funky taste. Asked if they could remake and they said no. I love Baskin Robbins ice cream but I would not advise trying this Baskin Robbins.
