Always out of flavors on pickup orders. Orders are never ready on time because they can't call a customer. Employees aren't bad, but stock is always low and they can't be bothered to notify a pickup customer that their order isn't available.

We went on a Saturday at 8pm. The new remodel is stark and uninviting, barren. I got a scoop of Jamoka Almond fudge. Not sure if the recipe has changed but it was very light, almost spongy. Like they put air in the recipe to cut costs or something. It was lighter than soft serve but 5 times the price. Then at 8:29 the girl at the counter without warning says "Just so you know, we close in one minute..." the sign on the door says 10pm, online says 9pm. We got kicked out at 8:30. We wont be going back sadly. I can buy a gallon of better ice cream for the same price at King supers next door. Bad product, bad customer experience. After seeing all the advertisements for this new location, we were excited to try it out. Loaded up the little ones just to find an empty parking lot with all the lights out hours before your closing time. Very disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible customer service. I took my son here to celebrate his first week of school. I asked for a cone for my son and pointed to the display and he wasnt listening to me. Kept insisting on a cup. I told him I dont want a cup my kid wants a cone. Than I asked for napkins and she at first she didnt answer me. Than I asked again do you have napkins. She said yes. It was very helpful. Had to ask three times than I finally got some. Than her and the other employees stood there and talked about me the entire time and watched us. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

See, I love coming here and discovering new flavors. But today just seemed off. She girl who was helping us has a major attitude, as soon as she took my siblings ordered, she immediately rolled her eyes and sighed. Thus the 3 stars. I'm not one to put up with a bad attitude at all. Sad to see a family friendly place be so unfriendly. The customer ahead of us was nicer and more welcoming.

The kid didn't even know what a banana split was. After team member explained this is the $10 I spent. Two female employees never acknowledged his need of help and we're just gossiping with each other. Very bad experience here.

Well, I don't hink I've ever given a bad review online before but I had a very disappointing trip to your location in loveland today. The staff was friendly, specifically the young lady that made my order. However, there is a serious lack of training going on because she made my chocolate malt milkshake with ICE! No milk! Ice! And she made me a banana split, no sauces, no nuts! 3 scoops of ice cream a banana split in half and whip cream and cherry, which she asked if I wanted!? Huh? I was so excited to go there and came home so underwhelmed and disappointed. The place as a whole has been great so I gave it 3 starts instead of 1 but cmon people!
