Went I was much younger, there were Baskin Robbins everywhere in Knoxville, TN. Now all these years later, they are scarce and difficult to find. That said, I was in Oak Ridge, TN last weekend, I found a Baskin Robbins there so I decided to stop by the Drive-thru and make an order. I looked on the menu but it did not see any mention of the Baskin Robbins famous World Class Chocolate Ice Cream. So I became disappointed until the voice came across the Speaker asking if I needed a minute or if I had any questions. I asked if they still carried the original World Class Chocolate Ice Cream? They said that they do. I became excited by the response and I order 1 scooped on a sugar cone. We drove to the Window and paid for our order, I could not wait for that taste once again, a taste that I remember from my Childhood. Then it the Ice Cream and Cone were handed to me. The moment I taste it, I remembered this Ice Cream from my childhood so vividly. It was tasty and yummy too, the Velvety Milk Chocolate & White Chocolate flavored Mousse Ice Creams mixed together. I will make it a point to go back to Oak Ridge and have more of this since it cannot be found in Knoxville, TN anymore.
I’ve always liked Baskin Robbins, but the past two times I haven’t been able to get a milkshake. The first time, a couple weeks ago, they were out of milk. Today’s excuse was the machine was broken. Oh well.

Great desserts and ice cream, clean bathrooms, ornate and somewhat large interior for customer seating. However, some staff slack off a little by not cleaning tables, the floor, etc. Some staff can also be a little rude when asked for help or service. Usually though, most staff will keep the store cleaner and keep the friendly and kind vibe the store gives off. No matter the employees though, the food remains delicious, worth the drive, and somewhat clean.
Ordered a warm cookie sandwich. Did not get to choose what type of cookie I wanted and they did not want to warm up my cookie. To finish it she handed me the sandwich bare handed, no wrapper, into my hand. I’ve been here plenty of times and gotten the same order and never have I gotten a cookie sandwich made this badly. What’s the point of ordering a warm cookie sandwich if it’s not gonna be warm….
This place is so refreshing on a hot day like today. Went here and the service was very kind and sweet. They got a little busy and was training a new girl, so it took them a a few minutes to get our order. When they did... it was amazing. The restaurant was very clean and nice. The ice cream cakes looked amazing. It’s hard to choose what flavor to get.. they all Look so good. I finally went with the ole classic banana split! 🍌🍦🍰🎂🚨
I wish I didn’t have to choose a star simply to leave a review. I will not be returning to this BR location ever again! We received the worst customer service ever! We stand in front of the employees for about 10 min there was only one person in front of us but the employees were to busy talking amongst each other. We never received acknowledgment nor a “we will be right with you” once it was our turn to order the young man took my daughter order and made me and my husband wait because apparently his mother had walked in and he needed to get them taken care of even though we were already ordering. When I asked to speak to a manager he responded with “Why I needed to speak with a manager” I felt so disrespected and so humiliated. I will never pay for ice cream at this place again! 😡
Worst customer service. I'm not sure how they maintain a franchise license with how they serve the public. My first encounters with this location were dismal at best, but I thought maybe I caught them on a bad day. No, they are rude and clearly have no leadership in management/owner(s). At the very least, someone should acknowledge the drive thru to tell them that they're busy. I waited over 10 minutes trying to talk to someone. Understaffed is one thing, but zero acknowledgment is a choice. The employees are rude inside, slow, incompetent, and the facility doesn't appear to be kept at ServSafe standards. Disappointing is the understatement of the century.
The employees had their music playing so loud it sounded like a night club. They literally couldn't hear each other talk yelling back and forth. Initially was ignored by first two employees until 3rd one came from the back yelling to turn down the music and finally helped us. Before I had even taken a few bites music was back up to uncomfortably loud level.
