Thursday 12/28, I pulled up to the outdoor speaker with my family, sat there for three min waiting for someone to ask for our order, and when nobody asked, I pulled up to the window to see if someone would notice us and take our order. A guy that works there was sitting with his back half to us, on his phone, and never noticed us. The second man didn’t notice either. I didn’t want to be obnoxious and knock or honk, then have our ice cream spit on, so just waited a few more minutes hoping one of the paid employees would notice. No such luck. After several minutes, we left and went elsewhere. If staff can’t handle a drive through, maybe close the drive through….or find new staff. Service: 1

My son and I took my two grandsons to this Baskin Robbins for treats Sunday. The service was wonderful and the people were very kind. I tried to tip the one young lady but she said they were not allowed to accept tips. That is the first time I’ve ever heard anyone tell me that. I will definitely be back. Great treats and clean facilities. Reminds me of when their mother and I took them all to get special treats when our children were my grandson’s age. We love this place.

Ask for extra toppings and was reminded that it’s extra. So I reply I know. And I still want them. After I was nice enough to tip, I get home not far from there and it’s the wrong topping and with out the extra topping. Yet I was charged.

Love the Mint Chocolate Chip. Facility is ok, not sparkling clean. Staff ok. Ice cream great ! Plenty of parking.

The only good thing about our experience (6/8/17) was the service from the lady that was helping us. She was genuinely very nice. The quality on the other hand was completely something else. We got a Strawberry-Banana smoothie and the brownie sundae. The smoothie had too much strawberry in it! They did offer to make it into a milk shake but they were completely out of vanilla ice cream. The brownie sundae - I have been sick since eating it. Signs of food poisoning... They were out of almost all of their ice cream, I could understand if we went on a Sunday or holiday weekend but not on a Thursday night I mean come on this is an ice cream shop you should have fishing quantity of the product that you specialize in selling. I seriously doubt that I will be returning to the store and will probably just make the longer drive to the nearest Cold Stone or Dairy Queen.

So I was not aware that there are peanuts in a chocolate shake!😡 Those with a peanut allergy could die from drinking this if they don't have an epi pen!!! Y'all be aware of this please! I will be calling them in the morning!

The service was fast and polite, and the ice cream was so yummy! I appreciated that she told me upfront if anything I added was an additional cost.
