My daughter ordered cotton candy. The lady stated they didn't have any. So she got chocolate. When I got to window I asked are you out or do you not sell it. She stated they don't sell it anymore. Well I tried to educate her by saying perhaps you can say we don't sell that anymore instead of we are out. She appeared very disinterested in the suggestion given. There is a difference in we are out and we don't sell anymore.
Don't waste your time here... stood in a long line to be told they don't do brownies anymore.... cool.... got a regular sundae instead I don't do almonds so I just wanted the ice cream, whipped cream and fudge since there are no brownies on the menu anymore.... THEN...... They apparently had no fudge.... at that point I'm done.... just don't waste your time or money here...
Had the longest wait to even be acknowledged. Granted there was a long drive thru. I was really disappointed that they don't do samples at this location. With over 30 flavours of ice cream and even more combos, part of going to BR is being able to create a new flavor pairing.
I order Baskin Robbins on door dash faithfully. This is the 3rd time somebody messed up my order and I didn't wanna leave a bad review because when I go in person the staff is friendly. However whoever is making these door dash orders must can't read correctly. How do you order 3 different flavors which is the 3 scoop sundae and only receive 2 scoops of the same exact flavor 3 different times. Now whoever is making these door dash orders either can't read or they're simply just lazy. Oh and forget about the toppings. Toppings all wrong smh. Y'all need to fix this. Then you can't get nobody on the phone. They must have called I'd because I bet they pick up when the boss calls
The customer service is hit or miss. One time I was given only 2 scoops of ice cream in a handpacked pint. There was absolutely no packing or weighing done. I have received more ice cream in a 2 scoop purchase than I received in this pint purchase. Another time, my order was wrong. It was close, but wrong. This location is shared with a Dunkin Donuts, so the staff is shared between both establishments. There is often a wait for the orders to be prepared whether you order ahead or not. The dining area is limited due to covid-19. The dining room randomly closes. So the drive thru seems to be preferred but the wait there is even longer and its hard to order ice cream without being able to view the flavors.
Ordered 2 of your new coconut drinks. They had made regular drinks. The young lady was the most pleasant person we have had to deal with in a long time. She apologized and fixed the problem without any bad reactions, attitude. She deserves plenty of recognition. That's the kind of worker you need working for you.
I come here all the time. Last week was the worst. I purchased a 2 tripple scoop. They gave me kiddie scoops and the wrong flavor for 1. Called to acknowledge the problem no answer. Went about 3 days later to make another purchase at drive thru. Tried to tell cashier to please make sure I had correct flavor due to the fact they messed up my order days ago. She completely cut me off and was very rude. I told her she was rude and another employee made an unnecessary gesture. Cancelled my order. Got home called the location to speak with manager very unprofessional. Asked for corporate# claimed they couldn't give it out and hung up on me!!!!!! This location is the worst. It's near me and convenient. I love Lake City location......
