It was too early for the managers stank attitude!! What happened to customer service with a smile!!?? If I ask for a 2 SCOOP SUNDAE w/ Everything one it, NO cherry, Lite whip cream.... why do you keep asking me “how many scoops do you want and what all do you want on it !??🤦🏽♀️ And how do you NOT have hot fudge sauce at 830 am !??

I WENT TO DUNKIN TODAY MAYBE 10mins ago it’s June 13th 2:13 and when I say my milkshake was soooooooo GOOD I would say perfect I didn’t taste nasty milk I taste milkshake so good omg service was great best milkshakes ever

Rude service, I asked for an specific waffle cone, they gave me the wrong one. I told the lady that wasnt the one that i wanted and she didn’t even give me option to change it

Food is good but Employees tend to be rude. Sometimes they're nice though. Overall a meh experience.

Went to go get some ice cream the guy was rude and had a nasty attitude first and last time here. Needs improvement on customer service

Less than one star. Everytime I come here I'm dissapointed. Missing items, incorrect orders, etc...Today I stood at the counter for five minutes ready to order and not one employee acknowledged my presence even after making eye contact. Ended up just leaving.

Absolutely terrible. Had NOTHING, they advertised the "31st deal" and a bunch of other seasonal items and the guy at the drive up window stated "we dont do nothing for the 31st and we don't have -----" literally, they didn't have anything that they showed on their menu. He got huffy after we asked him what they DID have and instead of instigating an argument we drove away. Pathetic customer service, terrible marketing, and the WORST BR/DD I've ever been to.
