Baskin Robbins/ Dunkin’ donuts along with the Franchise owner of this location is going to find themselves in the middle of a internal investigation of Branding Continuity Pricing violations and Antitrust Law Violation. After visiting this location several times the Employees continue to price gauge their customers … the employees on several occasions up charged me by $4 on their products that other Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts offer the same product at the retail price. The employees at this location rudely bragging that they make their own pricing. Well, guess what we’re going to see what the Michigan AG’s office have to say about this egregious Pricing Discrimination! This will teach you big Corps of taking advantage of your own public consumers Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Is there an option for - ⭐️ I went through the driveway today, there was a guy who was working and he was EXTREMELY very rude to me and asked me to rush over without even hearing me. And gave the wrong order and took out 5$ extra from my card.This guy has changed my perception regarding baskin robins Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went around 5pm on 5/30/23. Who are the new people working here? They're awful. The man working the drive thru wanted to debate about what I ordered when I was very clear about what I ordered bc it's the same everytime. Perhaps there was an issue with the speaker. Perhaps he was distracted by people in the background and didn't hear me over them. But to insist I didn't say something was a bit nuts. I left without my order. (After waiting in a long line on a hot day.) We came for a tasty treat, not an argument.

Baskin robins is baskin robins… u can’t really go wrong. BUT THIS LOCATION and the customer service is BEYOND horrible! It can’t get much worse. I don’t have many locations near me other this one but if I had other options I would never return.

Ordered inside the building. They were out of strawberry banana smoothie mixture. Drive thru is usually pretty fast though. Only thing I didn't like was the 2nd worker came in and her 2 kids were walking around behind the counter where the donuts/bagels were. I understood babysitting issues but they must sit down at the table

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 scoops in a waffle cone and 3 scoops in a cup. I paid for the order and received the cone. I’m waiting and the young lady C. asked did I need something else. I said yes, the rest of my order. She got indignant and said “I asked if you had everything”, which she didn’t. When I received the cup, it wasn’t 3 scoops. There was 1 scoop and ice cream spread across the top. C. asked what’s wrong? I said this isn’t 3 scoops. We’re going back and forward and I said give me my money back. She stated they don’t give refunds but for me to give the order back and she’ll put more ice cream in it. I said no, put the remaining ice cream in another cup. I’ll keep this. Well C.didn’t like that answer and got very nasty. The team leader came to the window and told her a few times to stop she’ll handle it. She asked what’s the issue and I told her. She said ma’am I apologize this is clearly not 3 scoops and gave me a refund. Miss C. has alot of maturing to do. She will not be successful in any job with an attitude such as hers. Hopefully she learn sooner rather than later.

Lady through drive thru was extremely rude. I asked for a brownie sundae, they stated they did not sell it anymore even though it’s still listed online. Due to the limited ice cream menu, I asked to come in, and they stated they could not accept people inside the store right now, which I understood due to Covid protocols. I then proceeded to pull the menu up from my phone because the items I am used to ordering were no longer available. About 20 seconds passed, and the woman through the drive thru yelled through the speaker and proceeded to say “IS YOU READY TO ORDER” with a major attitude even though I asked for another minute to complete my order. I drove off because I did not appreciate her attitude and it was extremely rude. I go to this DD/BR because I try to support black women who are in the food industry and this is the closest one to me with people of color working. I will not be coming back to this location and was highly disappointed in her lack of patience. And no one was even behind me when I was waiting so I was again confused on why she was rushing me. I also called the store to complain to the “manager” and when she answered, she was laughing on the phone, and when I told her what occurred, she did not seem to care. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointed
