If I could give this place no stars, I would. Firstly, they had 12 flavors of ice cream, opposed to the 31 advertised. They also did not have any waffle cones. The munchkins were okay, and the ice cream was okay. However, the oreos I got on it were stale. To add on to this bust, the bathrooms were literally out of order. Not to mention this place is filthy. 0/10.

If I didn't have to give any stars, I wouldn't. This was Baskin Robins/Duncan Donuts combo. We walked in excited to get both. First, the employee was the rudest person to be in customer service. 2nd there was only about 5 ice cream flavors available. There were no donuts at all as the rude employee said they do not have a baker on-site. This is a tourist city so they gotta do better!

Terrible customer service. Just awful. It's almost as if you hired the most rude, unpleasant people in this city to work in one place. We were denied baskin robbins bcz he said it was too early and to come back at 10:30 am. We came back and he still wouldn't make our order till we insis6ed. Second day I come in I was met with frowns and huffy and puffs over making my order. I'm sure whoever comes here won't come back. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Great coffee great food. Service is great and the people are friendly. I recommend them but if you aren't paying attention you might drive past them. It's before Dixie Stampede, so if you are a tourist keep a look out on the north side 👍

When my mother and I came in, the gentleman who served us didn’t see or hear us come in. Also, he got my order completely wrong and my mom’s order almost wrong. I still ate it cuz it was similar to what I actually wanted, but it’s just like he didn’t have his head in the game.

How can I say how awful this place was...great employee but had literally 3 flavors.... said they only get ice cream once a month. .. how can u sell it if you don't have it... honestly I would give it a 0 star cuz they had nothing to sell

Tried to get ice cream the individuals who were working would not let us get ice cream. This establishment is ran by a group of disrespectful individuals I went back and asked for the individuals number who had the franchise. They began screaming at me why are you yelling at me. I stated because you keep yelling what at me. This continued multiple times. To make a long story short they stated their manager apparently told them to not serve ice cream 20 minutes before close and they would not give me the number. I guess their hours need to change to 8:30 if you’re going to stop serving customers. To get number the rude employee stated I would have to look it up myself or call manger tomorrow. Go across the street to Happy Joes where they want to serve you. I hope manager Billy makes it clear to employees that this is not how it is to be ran. If a customer say I want number at least give them their number.
I ordered a iced pumpkin chai because it’s the closest I can get to coffee (I’m allergic to it) well they gave me just a plain latte, I took one sip thinking it was chai and I was sick the whole day

Ordered icecream and small smootie. The smootie was not full. Was charged for 2 more large smoothies, which we had not ordered. When questioned, the staff said she would have to call her boss. After talking to him, she said it would be 10 to 15 min before he would be in or we could come back the next day to be reimbursed. I explained we would not be there the the next day and I wanted it resolved now. She became very rude. We stayed until the boss came back. He was not apologetic about their mistake. I told him we would not be back. I have been charged for the entire bill but am still waiting for the $16. mistake to be reimbursed.

Tried to order a dozen donuts in drive thru and was told we'd have to go inside. We could have but had we wanted to go in, we would've done so in the first place. We went elsewhere.
