Food quality had been decreasing rapidly for months. The hash browns i got was soggy and already faling apart when i received them. The bread used to make the toastie had also been switched to a thinner bread which is cheaper but bad in texture. The sauce given on the toastie is also very leas compared with the amount i used to get. Sincerely hope you can improve or else you will lose more customer faster than you lose your quality. I’ve been here and the staffs are so helpful and friendly. They helped me with recommending food and drinks. The atmosphere there is calming, love the music they’re playing, and they’re hygienic, the toilet is also clean. No air-conditioning, bad ventilation system, super strong oily smell. But staff is kinda friendly. Overall of food and was good. Please kindly management take a look at your shop environment, the ventilation system is not working at all. Might not visit this outlet again. Food - my order was drink. And their caramel macchiato is superb. I love their coffee. Their friendly staff also give me a great vibes but in terms of working, they have kind of sound disturb. I notice that noise was there and tbh as a people who care the environment, it's quite dangerous for people who working in that kind of environment. It's just because. Flyers didn’t clearly stated free one coffee upon single receipt and cashier also didn’t inform customer the promotion terms and conditions, we ordered three toasties and only free one coffee, only inform customers after placed order, like cheated customers.
