They have a wonderful children’s section, helpful staff, and a Starbucks. The building is older with some leaks, but the leaks are handled well and the store is otherwise clean.
If you’re looking for book recommendations, I would suggest having an idea before going into a bookstore. Consider doing some research online or reaching out to your local librarian.
Overall, we enjoy stopping here and checking out their deals.

This Barnes & Noble is located in the Tupelo Mall. There is access to the store from the outside of the mall, as well as within. The store is well kept and clean. The coffee shop is the highlight of this establishment. They are a little slow, but the coffee is good. This location has a very good children's section and their toy/novelty items are more extensive than most stores. The location has several roof leaks that need to be fixed.

It was the day after Christmas and me and my daughter was in the mall exchanging some things and decided we could use some coffee we walked up and I no there was 25 ppl ahead of us VERY busy we had our coffee in no time I was so proud of the young lady that was taken orders in line by the time u made it to pay out they had us ready!! They had a very good system goin?!

*MAGAZINES ARE NOT RETURNABLE?!*
I purchased 4 magazines this week for my husband, when I got home I realized he already had 3 of them. The VERY NEXT DAY I went back to return those 3, I was told that magazines are not returnable and this has always been their policy. If this has ALWAYS been their policy, WHY WAS I NOT TOLD WHEN I CHECKED OUT THE DAY BEFORE?? I told the manager this and she shrugged and said they cannot be returned and that has always been their policy and she walked off. Well if that is their policy then they should have their cashiers tell people who are buying magazines!! I am an avid reader and my new policy is I will never shop at Barnes and Noble again! What a rip off store, you are better off going to Amazon!!

My favorite store. They have so many options here and their kids are is awesome. I love taking my 2-year-old here. Hey also have some collectible toys here. And the Starbucks inside the store is okay. The baristas could be a little nicer but they make really good drinks. Also if you join their membership you get 10% off books, pretty good. You have to purchase the membership, which I think it is $25 for a year. Like I said, you can even get the percentage off at the Starbucks bar, so pretty cool.

Staff was super helpful. I found a Lego set that I have been looking for for years, but everywhere has been sold out, including online, unless I spent 2-3x actual retail for it.

Very clean and well organized into subject/theme sections. Most of the employees are very helpful, but there are a few who tend to get aggravated when asked for anything. We love this store though, despite that. They also have a Starbucks inside the store which has a employee that shines in her work. She is always helpful. If you don't know what you want, tell her what you like and she will hook you up with the most delicious tasting drink. My kids are always confused as to what they want, but she always sends them out if there satisfied. We are regular visitors to both Barnes and Noble and the Starbucks inside.

By far one of the best organized and staffed B&N stores around. I found vinyl albums, toys for my little boy, books for everyone I know, and one of the best cups of coffees I've had anywhere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the manager is delightful. Just a first rate experience all the way around. Enjoy!

Hadn't been in years was so looking forward to crepes when I got them there was no filling and had cold blueberries on top
