Great locally owned establishment. It's not fancy but the food is authentic Nicaraguan cuisine, super delicious and low prices. We visited many times during our stay in Salinas Grandes beachfront paradise. Some dishes we had were lobster's, fried red snapper and shrimp and eggs. I highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They make the best traditional fried fish in Salinas Grandes. Rosa the owner has been in business for 12 years at this location. When in season the lobster is also delicious!!
