Five stars all around -- we used Banquette for our wedding dessert and could not recommend them enough. They guided us on different options, worked with my requests for cake design/flavors, and the end result was even better than we expected. We received so much positive feedback from our guests -- especially the chocolate-orange cupcake!! We've also stopped into their shop for a special treat when we're in town and haven't ever been disappointed. We'll see you soon, Banquette, because you can't keep us away!!!

wedding cake on a Thursday? why not! whether you are looking for an excellent slice of cake to celebrate a great (or a rough) day, grab a savory biscuit, try one of the creative sweets (high marks to the tahini millionaire bar!), or celebrate a special occasion, Banquette is the place. I ordered a 50th birthday cake for myself here and it made me feel special — it’s a wonderful spot for celebrating others or your own awesome self 🖤

Oh my goodness. We got a personalized wedding cake from the amazingly talented bakery chefs and wow. We chose to have a larger bottom layer of the almond cake with chocolate ganache layers and a smaller top layer of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. They were so accommodating when we met to lay out our vision and let us taste test a total of four options which we are probably too quickly... But the final vision was incredible! We will definitely be getting another cake here in the future!

I feel so fortunate to have found Banquette PDX as a vegan baker here in Portland! I just picked up my order from their Valentine’s Day menu, and everything was so beautiful. I got a mix of vegan and non-vegan desserts for my family, and everyone loved them!
I also used them for my wedding, and everyone who had the cake was so impressed that it was vegan since it didn’t taste like vegan at all! Andrea and team were able to decorate the cake like our wedding invitations too, and added such beautiful gold flakes. We will be forever customers since they helped make our special day so amazing.

We celebrated my husband's 40th last night with a lemon poppyseed cake from banquette! All everyone could say was WOW. Delicious flavors with just the right amount of sweetness. Such beautiful decoration using pressed flowers and greens to top it off. Every aspect of my order and pick up was so easy. I will definitely be back!!

such an amazing place, best shortcake in portland and the cream puffs are out of this world! perfect texture, creamy and sweet in all the right places. helped me with a last minute event.
