Others have done a good job describing how they feel about the tiptop taste, price, hospitality, and ambience. I was so amazed by the almost perfect ratings of this restaurant so I decided to give it a try. Didn’t disappoint me and the restaurant and staff deserve a 5-star rating. Just that I’d suggest that the restaurant can let customers have the less sweet option for the drinks

Nasi Goreng Chicken Chop
I'm blown away by the tiptop service and the taste of the food ordered. This is a very rare occasion whereby all aspects are given 5 stars.
We were bored of having nasi kandar for every visit to Penang. We came upon this on a website. Based on the delightful reviews, we decided to give it a try; plus I had a hankering for shell out. So, why not.
We ordered the Chilli Shell Out for 2 pax and Fish and Chips for our eldest son. The service was efficient. It took less than 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive and under 20 minutes for the food to be served at our table. That's a top notch service. It was probably because customers had not lined up for dinner.
The shell out's gravy was out of this world. I couldn't put my finger on any weakness except for its spiciness. Trust me, it was spicy. That came from someone who could handle spicy food. The seasoning was balanced as it was neither too sweet nor too salty. The taste was finger-licking good. Our eldest also favoured the shell out over his meal. Needless to say, the fish & chips was just alright. Nothing to comment.
Most importantly, the staffs were friendly, soft-spoken and super helpful. Our youngest fell asleep by the time we arrived there. The staff recommended us to sit at a longer table so that we could eat on one side and place our toddler on the other. We were torn at first as it might cause other customers to raise their eyebrows. But the staff insisted and there were not that many people at that time except for two more tables.
At the exit, the staff once again approached us. She asked about our dining experience and reminded us to post a review of the food. Of course, we would and we are doing it now! 😄

I personally love the whole experience! Clean place, good vibes, good service, and variety of options from the menu, impressed.
My favorite would be their shell out, delicious, and nice portion. Maybe they just need to upgrade the variety of the seafood.
Most importantly, waiting time is superb, baby tak sempat cranky and nenek happy. 'nenek' makan sampai licin.
It's definitely worth the try, and I would come back. 👍👍👍👍👍Next, must try their korean section, better be good🤣

All great! Worth the price and the customer service were great, polite and friendly. But the chicken, disappointing. Cannot eat. All bones. I ordered garlic chicken for Rm19.90. Sooo bad. Even the normal fried chicken Rm16.90 from picture also bones (checked after meal because i really cant believe what i ordered). Complain to the waiter, ofcourse they cant do anything, just apologies but i dont blame them 😂 just want to inform.

great service & food. staffs were very friendly & helpful. food & drinks arrived fast, tasted very good as well. shell out (curry leaves chilly if not mistaken) is 9/10, the popcorn chicken with cheese was very good as the chicken popcorns were still hot & juicy on the inside so 10/10. overall experience was very good, would surely come again. 💯

The restaurant is spacious & pleasant enough to gather around with family members. Variety of dishes to choose from - Malay dishes, Western, fusion etc.
Noticed many ppl ordered shell out. I prefer Western. However, I found their chicken chop is slightly rubbery.
Price is fair. You have to pay first after online ordering. Delivery speed is good.
Will I bring my family again to this restaurant? Yes… but not as often.

The quality of the food doesn’t match the price. Black pepper sauce texture like water. The size of chicken popcorn was small around 2cm, chicken parmigiana was so-so and i found the minced meat half cooked overall i would say maybe the taste and quality could be improved. Staff service was great atmosphere great, my only comment would be the food
