Menu/Food: An Arabic Restaurant- if you fancy Middle Eastern cuisines, you’ll love it here. I’m sharing some that we ordered and my personal ratings were as such: Lamb Mandy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chicken Mandy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Arabic Salad ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pizza ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location/Ambience: The restaurant was inside of Shaftsbury Putrajaya. You may easily located it above the food court and the same level as McD and Starbucks drive-thru but it was in the building. May be rated as fine dining and comfortable restaurant layout. Outside seatings also available. Suitable to eat alone or in large group. Price/Service: A bit expensive- to compare with several other Arabic Restaurants that I frequent yet you’re paying for good food indeed. Staffs were helpful and attentive. Arab cuisine and also provide variety of Western/ Asian fusion serve here..Foods was absolutely tempting and delicious (worth 4.5 stars). Unfortunately, waiting time to a meal served is too much... 3 table dining customers before us had been served and left, but we just received our appetizers platter and pizza..We're waiting more than 1 hours for our main course after inquired 4 different waiters.... First 2 no feedback to us after we inquired; one lady waitress with blue color dress even worst pass by our table 3x and treat us as invisible and ignorance whatever we inquired and wave. Luckily we met last two prof waiters feedback us kitchen may need another extra 5-15 min for our serve, and another tall guy waiter sincere apologize to us and assist us to take away the balance foods. The cuisine here was strongly recommended, but the customer service and waiting time still have lots of room for improvement.

The food was great, and really delicious the pizza was awesome as well the only thing about this place was not good is that they were short on staff and it took them long time to bring all our food and some of the staff didn’t know how to serve rather than that it was great restaurant. We had a group event with almost 80 pax. The team was absolutely EXCELLENT and super obliging and professional. They knew exactly how to handle the group and suggested a nice assortment of group platters to sample the variety. Despite all of us coming at the same time, the food was served promptly and hot/fresh.. highly recommend this place.. Used to be at Ayer@8 and now operating at Shaftsbury next to Alamanda. For us it has the best Nasi Arab in Putrajaya. We really love its lamb kabshah. Our kids love the pizzas. We recommended this place to our friends and families. And they also recommend to their friends and families. That shows how good the food is! Place is nice and cozy. Staffs are ok. Price is reasonable. You can order through WR code on the table and you may collect cashback when you register your phone number on the order.
