I have been coming to baily for years and it has never disappointed me. The food is always hot and ready when I go pick up my to go orders. The general tso chicken is amazing, and crab rangoon are delicious. The sweet and sour soup can only be ordered in quart but is worth it. This used to be the only Chinese place that I would ever go to. After a month of them remodeling, I was excited to go back. Unfortunately, it seems that they have changed Owner’s and the menu is different. They changed their spring rolls to cabbage rolls, the rice is different, and they don’t give you any vegetables. unfortunately I will never eat at this place again. Food: 1 Service: 1

Well, first try after new management was very upsetting. Worst customer service ever. They messed up our order bad, so we called and asked politely for them to fix it (not a refund) and they said sure come back to pick it up. So we got there and they argued with us about it and ended up not giving us the correct food nor a refund. So we went back home and ate the food anyways and it was terrible. Couldn’t eat it. Highly….HIGHLY, NOT recommended. Drive the extra 5 minutes and go to New Moon. Way better food and great service. Wish Baily’s wouldn’t have changed management. Used to be our go to :( Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was my go to for Chinese, sadly looks like it should be avoided now. The portion sizes are the same even though they changed the boxes, jacked the price up one dollar and now you get a pop with the lunch special. The people were nice when i ordered from them. The food just wasn't great compared to what it was. Kinda surprised the new owners did not get the recipes from the the previous ones. My wife happens to work in the plaza where Bailys is located. So lately, we have had the opportunity to try some of their food. The quality of the food is too notch and very tasty. I am looking forward to trying more of the menu. If you're in the area, get over to Bailys and see for yourself. Used to love this place before the new owners. My chicken was all mush and breading. The food as a whole just isn't what it used to be. Time to find a new go to Chinese restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

If I could give 0 stars I would.new management took over and the food is horrible now if you used to go to baileys it is completely different in a horrible way. The new owners need to close down. The food is horrible. I did get a refund but, they tried not too. They even lied over the phone stating they have new cooks but, same owner. I been going there for 5 years and once I went to take the food back they told the truth about the ownership had changed.
