My experience was not positive. The staff does not pay attention to you. I called in my order (chicken salad hero for $16.00) to pick up so I would not have to wait too long. I stood at the counter for 10 mins while 3 employees were laughing and chatting and the man at the register would not look up from his paperwork. Finally I said something and it turned out my order was ready but they just did not care. This place is clean but way overpriced for the small portions. Only half of the hero had chicken salad on it. And if you are going to overcharge then at least provide good service. It was clear that staff and ownership does not care about customer service or food quality. I felt stupid and will not go there again and I will tell everyone I know. There is a reason the place was empty.

Extremely disappointed, I rarely buy breakfast and figured I would treat myself this morning since I was running early to work. Got a bagel with cream cheese and jelly and also got a bag of pretzels because I didn't bring lunch either. Those 2 things cost me a whopping $10!!! That wasn't the worst part. I get to work thinking I'm going to be able to sit and enjoy my breakfast when I take it out of the bag to see an eruption of jelly all on top of the bagel and then open the paper and now its on everywhere. Note I did not get the bagel toasted. Everything i touch is nice and sticky. 👍 I will go back to not ordering breakfast.
My go to bagel store while in Port Jefferson area. Solid fresh bagels and good ice coffee. You cannot go wrong. 💕Strawberry cream cheese... it is amazing!

Ordered avocado toast with eggs and they literally charged me for the whole thing and just gave me eggs on a plate. Waited another 20 minutes for them to make it again rest of food was cold. Never coming here again

What happened to this place? They were always a bit pricier than other bagel places, but they used to make really good sandwiches. I got a tuna with mozz cheese today, along with a 20oz bottle of coke and a $2.45 bag of chips, and somehow my meal came to $19.11 (including the stupid up-charge for using a card, even though I used a debit card not a credit card, which is illegal).
The bagel was soft (which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars), but can you find any tuna on this sandwich? Plus the girl must have used a dirty knife to cut it (notice the black gristle).
I'm not really in this area often, but next time I am I won't be coming back here.
