My sister and I come here every once in a while and the food is good…BUT, the service is terrible. We always get takeout and I get a caesar salad with grilled chicken. The first time the dressing was so salty i couldn’t eat it, i got a refund and they were apologetic. The second time they forgot my dressing which was extremely annoying. This time, today 3-1-2024 they forgot the dressing again, went back and got another one and they didn’t even give me caesar dressing, it taste like a ranch dressing with some kind of bbq seasoning. My point is, it’s so hard to be a returning customer when they consistently mess up and disregard double checking their takeout orders. This isn’t the first time they have forgotten our side sauces as well. I hate to write this but it’s kinda getting ridiculous how many times this has happened. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 2

We had a great lunch made better by our server Tim. He was kind and knowledgeable and offered great recommendations. We ordered based on his recommendations and the time he spent to go over the menu with us. We enjoyed everything we ordered. He was extra kind to us and our toddler and brought the check quickly. Which is always a plus when dining with a small child. We will be back during Tim's service hours! The pineapple jalapeño marg I ordered legit was the cheapest level of a house marg. It was so sweet I had to question the bartender. She offered an extra shot of some fake jalapeño "puree" they put in it. Ok, first off: USE JALAPEÑO TEQUILA. Then maybe pineapple juice, ya'll got it all wrong. I'd muddle jalapeños & use that 'thick way too sweet pineapple' mixed with it & some house marg. Especially for $10 for a literal small Mason jar size. And they don't offer Tajin for a spicy marg?! Also, they were outta the black salt advertised, altogether. For someone who prides themselves on being a Marg connoisseur: this one was highly disappointing. Not the waitresses fault. Lauren was very gracious in trying to accommodate my pallette. She's the pretty one with mint green hair. Super professional. I'm glad I went with her suggestion on a beer after my marg disappointment & tried the Station 26 Tangerine Cream Ale; it was beyond expectations. Super delicious, creamy not sour, very smooth, perfectly "Creamsicle". I was craving spicy sweet but after trying this beer: this made up for it. I had the mushroom Swiss burger which was cooked (well done was well done) and seasoned perfectly. My hubby had the bacon burger on steroids which means "big yummy huge burger with alotta bacon" with truffle fries. He was happy with everything. I was definitely satisfied after getting the right drink pairing with my food. Please give props to Lauren for being so graciously accommodating. Happy Holidays! We were looking for someplace that has a dog friendly patio. Big daddy's does which is pretty much why we chose it. The burgers were very good and absolutely cooked to order! The onion rings were very good as well. Beer was cold and tasty! The patio had good views of the courtyard for flatirons Mall. I'm not a shopper, so I don't really care. But it would be a good break if you were shopping and needed sustenance! This was a good choice. I ordered the Buffalo burger with my picks of lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese, bacon and BBQ sauce. I asked for medium well done. The burger was dense, with a little pink in the middle. The bun was a little dry. The chips were good. My husband ordered a burger and asked for well done. His burger was very pink in the middle. The tots were good. I think I prefer the tots. This restaurant is exactly as advertised: awesome burgers and fries. I had the smokehouse burger and it was delicious, and the sauce that comes with the fries is really great and has an original taste. If anyone is hungry for a burger and fries or anything else on their menu (their appetizers looked great) I would definitely recommend stopping by. Also, the bartender was really friendly, the service was really quick, and the table had a very nice view. Great place! Another solid burger joint! Flavors were good and price wasn’t too bad at $13 for the bistro burger. However, price for a meal is around $20 with sides and I think that is about 10%-20% more than I’d like to pay. Asked for medium rare and unfortunately got medium, but I still appreciate the actual effort to cook to temperature instead of just giving a med well done burger. Pretty happy with this place after eating here a few times. The first couple of times my partner and I ordered from here we just got takeout and the quality was great! But we have eaten inside a couple times too. Recently, I’d say their service is awesome considering they are short staffed (especially on those off hours) I wish I remembered our servers name (blonde girl, big gauges in her ears) and she did amazing juggling our table with several others…all by HERSELF, I am amazed she was as attentive as she was. We had the Fried Pickles, Smokehouse Burger w Side of Tots, and a Build Your Own Burger w Side Cesar, as well as two alcoholic drinks (Bad Daddy’s Dragon Berry or whatnot, and a Long Island Ice Tea). All the food came out great as expected, I personally really LOVE the way they make their fried pickles and their Cesar is also a must. I also love the build your own concept, especially good for picky eaters that want things a certain way. The price point is FAIR, not great, considering the food quality. We will be coming back! While we were in the area, decided to try this establishment, something new. And since it had such high marks and us being so hungry seemed like a great time in the making. Wellll not so much. We were seated fairly quick as no one else was in line and the place was less than half full. It took over 5min for someone to come over and simply say they would be back. 5 or so min later they came back to get drink orders...drink delivery took close to 10min. Once our food orders were placed it took close to 30 min for the food to arrive. See where this is going... Our server may have come by once on her own to check on us and refresh our drinks. We had to track her down the other time as our glasses were down to ice only. The food was ok, maybe good but it was severely over shadowed by the poor service. Made a decision on the way out that I would not revisit that establishment again.
