Prices sky rocketed just like everything else. I bought the pepperoni pieces in a cup that came up to $7.75, almost 8 bucks. It's not worth the money. Plus, they're hiring illegal immigrants. A young woman around her late 20s didn't understand any English I asked her how much the pretzels she didn't understand and asked me to say it to Spanish. She's in my country so I don't need to speak her language. I got frustrated and left to purchase something else. I just might call the The immigration office. *hire people that speak English not just Spanish.

It's an okay place to grab a quick drink but I'm not sure I would order food. I'm sure it's fine for the most part but I'm just a little picky when it comes to food safety/cleanliness and it doesn't seem like the employees they're attracting are the "cream of the crop."

They’re great if they happen to be fresh. If not, they’re pretty bad. Pretty good customer service, though, so it couldn’t hurt to ask them what’s fresh.

Always at 100. I don't understand how people give Wetzel's their money while Auntie Annie's exists. My favorites are Almond, Cinnamon & Sugar, and Jalapeño. They don't even need doing sauce. This location is a little pricier than some others, but I don't care enough to not buy one on the rare occasion that I'm in this mail getting my knives sharpened.

Today at 410pm, the workers behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me or my mother. I asked do they greet customers they completely ignored me so we left you all loss a sale! We came to Pretzelmaker instead actual real customer service

I have went a few times and had really good service. This last time that I went made me not want to go to this location again. The cashier taking my order started off not that friendly and at the end when I had asked if I can have a bag, she literally threw it on the counter with a not so happy face. Horrible customer service from her.
