Customer service is a little slow, but great tasting pretzels...

Don't go here. I've come by TWICE in the past 3 weeks and each time they are out of regular pretzels they only have the expensive pretzel bites. Today they told us "it'll be another 20 min", so I waited and went back 20 min later only be told the same thing "another 20 min". And today I was trying to use a coupon valid TODAY ONLY. Apparently this business doesn't understand customer service. They don't even have regular pretzels! Why have them on your menu if they aren't ever available!?!? What a joke!

I went today to get a free pretzel today the lady in the front was super nice! She was very kind to me and my family and friends when we were ordering our pretzels!

Blonde lady who assisted had a bad attitude and said it would 30 minute wait for mini dogs, waited those 30 minutes and come back to 8 additional minutes! Gentleman that assisted me after was very kind.
