I like the original salty pretzel. But very bad service they took 20 minutes just to make the order for us!!! Had to wait again! All the employees work so slow and having attitude

I have to say this location has the most honest and best employees! My son went to pick up his fiancé‘s engagement ring, and when he stopped to pick up some pretzels, forgot his bag could not remember where he forgot it because he had made so many stops that day that when he went to backtrack the following day, he walked up to the counter, and they said here’s your bag!! It’s so wonderful to know they are good people still out there. I’ll be going to aunt Annie’s because of your honesty (and awesome pretzels). I think you should too!!

Needs better management, the one African American manager is horrible. Should not be managing at all. I had a issue with the menu that stated combos come with side of cheese and drink , she tells me no it doesn’t even though it says it clear as day. I insisted that it was misleading, she mumbles yah yah yah. I have really grown up.

Horrible service. Looked at me dumbly when I asked how long of a wait the pretzels would be. He said he didn’t know with a tone and wasn’t responding and since I didn’t feel like waiting for a response I walked off and he laughed at me while walking away.

The line was long and this lady was just on her phone and I was standing in line at least 20 minutes and the whole time she was on the phone, maybe if she wasn’t on the phone talking to her friend the line would go faster

Disrespectful, service is horrible and when we got their the worker was sitting down on his phone with no care at all, the worker yelled at us when we walked in to get something’s and was not happy at all, the worker was using some disrespectful words when he was taking to us

I waited 3-5 minutes @ around 11:25 this morning. I was only there to order a drink. The young lady never said anything or even acknowledged me. She finally said they wouldn’t be open for 10 more minutes. How hard would that have been to say when I initially walked up? Of course I left and went return. No need to purchase an over priced drink AND get poor service.

I just left this establishment on May 14, 2022 and the company has the cashier taking orders and packaging orders. I appreciate the cashier wearing gloves, however if you are handling food, you should be changing your gloves frequently in between transactions. I allowed the cashier to prepare the order, while I'm in total disbelief that the cashier did not have enough sense or knowledge to change his gloves after taking my money. We wonder why we cant get past COVID, but yet getting sick from poor food handling.

The man behind the counter had gloves on actually holding his phone in one hand while using the other hand to make the pretzels and kept switching hands. I work in the culinary industry and that is quite literally disgusting.
