I’ve come to this location 5 times and every single time I have asked for pepperoni nuggets, or the pepperoni pretzel. 5 times I have been told No. “We don’t have any ready” or “We don’t have those right now.” Then why advertise that you do? They’re printed right on the menu!! I’ve never had any other auntie annes mot even TRY to make some, and just turn people away. Cover them up on the menu if you can’t take the extra step to put a pepperoni on a pretzel. I do NOT recommend the mall location!!!!!

I came and tried to get a free pretzel for my birthday at this location twice. The first time the cashier reacted as if we were asking if they would make us a steak when we asked for an almond pretzel and regular nuggets. She was very put off (sighing and rolling eyes) said they had neither. She was probably overwhelmed but she seemed so annoyed and rude and I was uncomfortable so I stepped us out of line and gave up. I came back on the last day of my reward. Again no almond (there are only three flavor options why always out???). So I opted for regular. This cashier insisted that I needed to leave a google review for my birthday redemption. She took my phone from my hands and entered 5 stars. I came and changed it because I don’t find that ethical or fair. I know they are trying their best. But after my first experience I would not give their service a 5 overall. I shouldn’t have to do that to redeem my birthday reward. Gave me a bad vibe

Everyone was super kind. Absolutely wonderful people to interact with. They were amazing with my three year old. Everybody smiled beautiful time in the mall.

My experience here was out of this world. I got the confetti nuggets and I want to come back everyday the cashier was so friendly and nice the owner is so nice just wow

I’m hooked on the cinnamon pretzel bites! I buy them several times a week. The employees are always friendly. The lady that owns it is so kind.. You can tell she’s genuinely a good person. I saw her interact with an employee that was late n you can tell she treats everyone with respect. I’m pretty sure she’s the owner or the manager. She’s been there for years. I definitely recommend the food n the service.
