Pretzel bites were stale and old. Nobody there to attend us had to get cashier. Couldn’t order anything only what they had. Rather go to the ones at the mall for fresher ones and better service.

Worst place I’ve ever been to I asked for 3 large regular pretzels and they gave me one large regular pretzel and 2 cinnamon sugar when that’s not what I asked for and when I brought them back in they said well that’s all we had left so that’s what we had to give you when it was not what we asked for and the lady could barely even understand a thing I was saying. Horrible customer service.

It's okay. Nothing fancy however the quality is not as good as the other Auntie Anne's at the malls.

I had fun knowing that i was building the pretzels even though sometimes i got kinda overwelming when it would get too busy! But on the good slow days it was awesome when i wouldnt do hardly anything

They closed over an hour early and it was the entire reason we came here. Very irritating.
