Manager on this Saturday afternoon at 3:51 was VERY rude. Had to ask who was taking orders because nobody ask "can I help you or anything. Have never been treated this in an auntie Anne's

Their pretzels aren't as fluffy as a Bens but it was very good, and the caramel sauce tasted so much better! Like the caramel for an apple! Staff seemed friendly and we got our food quick.

The employees were very nice, there was a bit of a wait but the food was good. The manager was rude and kept yelling at everyone though. Her employees looked scared and she made the whole visit uncomfortable. We visited Jan. 7 around 3pm.

We had the best experience here this past week. The place seem really clean. Our food was made perfectly and quickly. And best of all, the man that assisted us was one of the nicest person I’ve met in the food industry. Thank you!

I want to personally thank Holden, Hattie and Zack for their outstanding customer service. They were very fast, friendly, helpful and very kind. We will be back!!!!

Absolutely EVERY time we go here the pretzels have been sitting under the heat lamp for too long. They will happily sell you old product. Today they had two large cups under the heat lamps, I asked for a small cup. They wouldn't split the large cup to make two small cups. They said it would be 7 minutes. I also had asked for hot dog bites. When I asked how long they had been under the heat lamp I was met with an indifferent "I really don't know". The food all looked old.
I don't know who the manager is at this store but they really need to step it up for fresh food and happy customers.

Got the cinnamon nuggets. Weren't completely warm, but we're good. Bro got the pepperoni pretz. They said it was good.

Zero employees wearing masks after the county mask mandate. If the owners violated the part of the health code that customers can see, I don’t even want to know what behind the scenes look like.
