I cannot say enough great things about the staff at the Arvada Tavern. We called to reserve a table with them on a Saturday (when they typically don't take reservations) because we were meeting to toast the 12 yo son of a family member who had died tragically in a car accident. He loved hamburgers and nachos, so we wanted to have his favorite food after the Celebration of Life. Not only did the Tavern make a special exception and allow us a reservation, they went above and beyond in being welcoming, and were so accommodating with our unfortunate reason for visiting. This kind of caring from ALL of the staff really shows the quality not just of their cocktails and food, but of how they operate a business and as good human beings. They exemplify what great service is. We've been going to the Tavern for over a decade, and we'll continue to do so forever with this kind of service and caring. Thanks to all who work there! Very chill speakeasy 1920's vibes going on here. I know speakeasy and handcrafted get thrown out loosely these days but this place is def about the quality cocktail crowd. I think the videos and pictures speak for themselves. The Food is also good for a place that focuses primarily on cocktails. I would call it quality bar food +. I would recommend sitting at the bar if you want to get the full experience and interact with the friendly bartenders. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went for the sippin santa pop up bar upstairs. Very cute decor, had a musician playing, good vibes. I’m just bummed there weren’t any non alcoholic festive/special drinks on the menu. Not sure I would come back without a good (cheaper than the alcoholic) NA drink option.

Sat at the bar and watched the magic happen. Craft cocktails including bartenders' choice were a delight. We tried two appetizers: shrimp and cauliflower popcorn. Both were breaded, but each one had a different flavor profile. And I wasn't thirsty in the middle of the night from over-salted food!!! Visited the speakeasy tiki bar. Great atmosphere. Fantastic cocktails. The seats at the bar are uncomfortable as all get out, but everything else was 👍👍.
