It can be hit-or-miss at Aroma Joe's. Sometimes they hit the drinks out of the park and other time not so much. Consistency in their drink making is an area of challenge for them. This is especially true for the making of lattes. Mocha lattes is a common drink I have, sometimes the latte is great and other times all I taste is strong espresso.

The service this morning was absolutely horrific when I order a drink that’s supposed to be green with a tent of blue and it gets handed to me and it’s brown and I look at it and you say this isn’t right and I taste it and I say it’s not right and they close the window and my face and say have a nice day and then I call them and you ask talk to a manager there’s no manager because they’re in Ohio and then their supervisor is out of the country so I get to deal with a half trained assistant manager who is the current shift lead who wanted to argue with me about it because the barista who was rude already said something to her anyway overall horrible experience and customer service if you want good service and food I suggest one of the 2 South Portland locations or the 1 in Gorham they’re all better than this one my drink was a blue raspberry watermelon rush and this is what I was given

I will say, I’ve been coming to this Aroma’s for a few months now and the staff are always very friendly and incredibly nice. However, the last month or so every time I’ve ordered drinks they’ve gotten it incorrect. Whether it’s the incorrect or absence of an alternative milk in a dirty chai, or the size of a Rush, or even the cinnamon topping I’ve requested and paid for that’s missing - it’s been consistently incorrect the last 7-8 visits and it’s infuriating because their prices have been so expensive lately. Occasionally, I’ll come through with a coworker or two and it’s a gamble if THEIR drinks come out correctly or not too. Some days, ALL of our drinks are wrong.
I’m going to start going to the South Portland location and hope for better luck, which is a shame because the employees are so nice but for some reason just can’t make correct, simple orders.

Their coffee beats Dunks by miles!Can't speak to the atmosphere because I'm always going through the drive thru. Service has always been the best. No matter what location I go to there is a line but they always make sure they get your order correct. Local and not a national chain is appealing as well!

This is one of my favorite locations, the service is always great and they always get my coffee just right, but randomly they’ll be closed when I pull up (at 5am usually). It’s very frustrating to waste time on my morning commute just to find out a place that’s supposed to open at 4:30am is still closed. If the hours have been changed Google needs to reflect that
5AM on a Saturday and we got the friendliest service from the staff at this location. We ordered a mocha and a latte, both very very good but more amazing was to be treated with such warm smiles almost before the sun was up! Breakfast options looked tasty, especially the hash browns (maybe next time!). Drive-thru makes this an easy stop, especially early in the morning. It’s convenient to I-95.

The cinnamon roll was disappointing for the price. The coffee with cream tasted more like cream . They don't give napkins with the greasy egg and sausage biscuit.

When first opened I gave this place 5 stars. Now I take it back. Multiple days with a single server at the 6am morning rush. Happens a lot!!!- also not far to staff!

Aroma Joes is awesome! I can’t say enough about the staff that serve you here. They are friendly and extremely good at what they do. Even at their busiest times the service is amazing. I love the Chai Tea and have recently been trying all their energy drinks and have not been disappointed with any of them. My favorite is the Beach Bum. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for all phases of Aroma Joes👍😎
