It can be hit-or-miss at Aroma Joe's. Sometimes they hit the drinks out of the park and other time not so much. Consistency in their drink making is an area of challenge for them. This is especially true for the making of lattes. Mocha lattes is a common drink I have, sometimes the latte is great and other times all I taste is strong espresso. Their coffee beats Dunks by miles!Can't speak to the atmosphere because I'm always going through the drive thru. Service has always been the best. No matter what location I go to there is a line but they always make sure they get your order correct. Local and not a national chain is appealing as well! The service this morning was absolutely horrific when I order a drink that’s supposed to be green with a tent of blue and it gets handed to me and it’s brown and I look at it and you say this isn’t right and I taste it and I say it’s not right and they close the window and my face and say have a nice day and then I call them and you ask talk to a manager there’s no manager because they’re in Ohio and then their supervisor is out of the country so I get to deal with a half trained assistant manager who is the current shift lead who wanted to argue with me about it because the barista who was rude already said something to her anyway overall horrible experience and customer service if you want good service and food I suggest one of the 2 South Portland locations or the 1 in Gorham they’re all better than this one my drink was a blue raspberry watermelon rush and this is what I was given Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
