I visited Army Navy Dapitan recently, and I'm absolutely frustrated with their restroom policy. They refused to let customers use the toilet, claiming it's only for handwashing, but I saw two staff members come out of the toilet, and there's clearly a toilet bowl inside. I even asked the building guard for directions to the restroom, and he told me the toilet inside Army Navy is their lobby toilet. So where are you supposed to go when you need to use the restroom after a meal? It's incredibly inconvenient and confusing.

Just close this business. Clearly you have no idea how to run it. Every single item i came here for not available... only burrito and burgers.... this is not how businesses work. And the woman at the register even thought it was funny. Waste time and money for absolutely nothing. Great job. Never going to any of these because of the incompetence of this one

One of my staples while I was studying in UST! Though the price may not be as "student-friendly" as you would expect, it's a nice treat every once in a while. The quality hasn't diminished since the pandemic has started, however, there needs to be more sweeping done. When I went, the food was served relatively quick and the taste was definitely there. Sometimes you get a good cook, sometimes you get one that isn't so good. But the food still tastes great!

We had tapa set meal for two, among others; the meat were like rubber. I saw two flies, and we had a dirty table. Makes me wonder how clean their food is.
Only ordered their pancakes but it was still great since it was big and filling. I came early morning so there was a lot of room to study and it wasn't noisy. It was the ideal place while waiting for the school to lighten up

Number one outlet for burgers. It will be second to McD for the price but for taste second to none. But sometimes the staff are not in the mood to serve. They will not explain the difference between ala carte and complete meals. They would expect you to understand by reading the board. However, I would recommend this place for burgers and Mexican delights.
