The food was ordinary, atmosphere quite nice with all Christmas decorations, but staff was so unprofessional that I couldn't believe that it really happening. 1. The table was reserved for the small wedding, but staff was upset that there is not enough space for all the glasses and plates. May I mention that it was ordinary work day, around 3pm, so only few other guests were in? So basically empty 2 other tables were in use besides ours.... 2. They were bringing plates of food, but not explaining if it is for each or for sharing, when we asked about it, the staff said that the ones who ordered the food should know and tell us all, not them... 3. They brought more and more food and aksed us to make space on the table..at one point they put the plate to bride's hands and left... 4. When we asked if they have some games/activities for kids, they said yes, but it is in the opposite side of the restaurant and that kids can't bring janga and blocks boxes to our table. Then we asked if they have some other activities like pencils and paper..so they gave 8 pencils and 1 piece of paper for 5 kids to share.... 5. They took our glasses with drinks in it while we were still talking and not even thinking about leaving. I should also mention that the newlyweds were from Ukraine, so not sure if it was aimed at them or staff just hate to be nice. Also, we were not drinking much, only 2 people were having stronger drinks, 7 people were either sober or had 1 glass of champagne. So were nice ordinary customers. I hope staff reads it and learns that smile and asking 'how was your meal/ is everythink okey/ would you like to order something more, goes a long way. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
