Amazing service and hospitality at Ardea. The steakhouse at Nobu Hotel is truly excellent, with the dark moody room but full glass wall to see into the kitchen. The staffs attention to detail was really appreciated, and the food was excellent. The lamb ravioli was so delicious, along with the panna cotta for dessert. This is a must go to when visiting Nobu.

This is my favorite restaurant by far. We stayed here on our honeymoon and we had an amazing experience we had to come back multiple times. Everything was perfectly crafted by the amazing chef Pilar and her team. Saul, our waiter took excellent care of us. We had the cowboy steak and the mushroom fettuccine amongst other incredible dishes.

Classic Bearnaise
Excellent at all levels. The fillet mignon is actually a « Pavé de veau ». They have a aging room, which explain why the meet is so delicious. Excellent also is the vine to pair with it. The sommelier was able to explain me the wine selection in details. The only reason I lower food rating is because they over charge for wine. I expect a three time price over retail price, but five time is too much.

I’d highly suggest making a reservation at this restaurant at the time slots fill up. You don’t want to miss out on this experience. Very chic restaurant with exceptional service. The food is truly amazing. The lamb was the best I ever had. The brussel sprouts were equally as good. They didn’t miss with the drinks, or apps. I’d also suggest the tiramisu for dessert as the best option on the dessert menu. Very sexy spot. I’d come back in heart beat.
Gems are not easy to find at times, and the Ardea restaurant is not exactly on main street. However, this steakhouse has the selection of food and wine to die for, a top quality service and yet a friendly and relaxing ambiance.
Most of the dishes rely on trusted and classic recipes, but watch out - Chef Paolo Della Corte - may trick you with innovative and surprising twists that will swirl through your palate and bring you closer to culinary heaven.
So, you'd better make a point to hit Ardea steakhouse if you are in Los Cabos area, or to visit also to dine there.

The food is out of this world; with a fusion of Steakhouse and Italian cuisine, Ardea has all the makings of a Michelin Star Restaurant! Attention to detail in the preparation finishes, every bite is a delicate balance of acidic and sweet flavors. The attentive service helped us to enjoy our dinner - we had Oscar as our waiter, whom we recommend - for our special occasion!
My husband and I had dinner at Ardea Los Cabos for the first time and it was truly the best experience. Saul our server was AMAZING, we ordered everything he recommended and couldn’t be happier. The food and drinks exceeded our expectations and Saul was so kind and made it extra special for our honeymoon. We can’t recommend Ardea enough and hopefully you can get Saul as your server to complete the whole experience. We will definitely be back! :)

Great ambiance with a DJ dropping some dance hits. Service and staff are attentive to your needs. The food was served hot and in the order we wanted. So many more things on the menu I wanted to try. Need to go back
This is the best steak house ive been to in mexico so far. I dont think the menu was too extensive, but what they had was fantastic. I started with scallops which might be in my top 3 best starters ever. Next was the wagyu with mash on the side. Exactly how i asked it to be cooked and great use of truffle in the mash. I have omitted photos for the steak as they did it no justice and it was perfect. Top notch service.
