Everyone here is always very kind, like they actually like their job. Hard to find nowadays. I am a Healthcare worker and I didn't have enough money to get something when I took my clients; so the manager gave me a small drink on the house. I thought that was really thoughtful. I've never got bad food here. They've never gotten my order wrong. This location sometimes does run out of fries when they have a special on them. Saw a commercial for a sandwich. I wanted it. Downloaded the app got the sandwich at half price . Drove there to pick it up and the app was not sending it to the restaurant. I didn't get my sandwich. Then there was an employee that was off the clock and looked like they were tweaking offered to argue with my wife about how it was not their fault. I don't like tweekers. The worst turkey sandwich ever! Drive thru made us park when no one was behind us! Curly fries were so greasy it ate through the bag! The worst place at a cost of $25.00. There was more mayo than there was turkey. The lettuce was discolored. Horrible food.ok so the owner reached out but I do not give out personal information. Talked to Jason he will only refund me 1/2 the amount with receipt which I have. Told him not cool but he wanted the food back for a full refund. Already tossed it out…so if the owner wants to do right tell Jason to give full refund …thank you got a full refund… Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The gentleman working register was real friendly greeted you with a smile and kindness. We ordered and it was ready lightning fast. If you haven't had potato cakes I highly recommend them. They are so yummy lol. The restaurant was real clean including the kitchen.

The crinkle cut fries stay hotter longer than the thin shoestring fries from McD. The mac and cheese bites were hot and crispy and I wish they were a permanent menu item. I'm always happy eating at Arby's! This location keeps getting it right for me. Hot food and sweet employees! This location always seems to run out of items early in the day. There's a deal on chicken, but they had already run out of chicken by 2pm. Orderex cheese sauce and another sauce on my sandwiches. Paid $1.50 for the cheese sauce and received maybe 2tsp of cheese and very little of the other sauce as well. Not even enough to cover the meat. Going thru the drive-thru paid, recieved food drove home. Upon arriving opened bag and seeing a sandwich was missing. Called store, asked to speak to a manager. They offered for me to come back for the sandwich I declined as I live across town. The manager asked for my name and that she would write a note for when I came in. With receipt in hand I went back in 2weeks later. Asked to see the manager as the clerks said they have no authority to help me. Showed receipt and said I would like a refund. He pointed to a sign behind counter that said no refund without food. I suggested he go look at the note that the other manager told me to ask for. He said that T ------ is not a manger just team member. Then kicked me out of the restaurant. I'm a 73 yr old woman and on a fixed income and drive-in is a treat for us. No more! We bought the Big Game Burger meal and I will say for $15.49 it was the worst burger I have ever had. Bun was burned and who knows what was on the meat.
