The food arrived hot and freshly prepared. Inside the restaurant seemed clean and had lots of room for dining. The staff person behind the counter proved helpful, even when using the app to assist in the order.

On 01/17/24 around 6pm my girlfriend had the most rude experience in the drive through. The male was very rude and short. She gave the 1st order and he was like "is that it", then she said no which his attitude started to charge as she continued with the remaining order. After each order he would say " is that is,..."is that it" not allowing her to finish. He had a very rude tone in his voice. In the drive through there's a sign that says, "don't pull forward " which she didn't. Despite this he rudely said, DONT PULL FORWARD" twice. Also he didn't ask if she wanted any sauces so when she got home, there was no sauce PLUS no ice in our drink and her bun on her sandwich was soggy. She said her sandwich tasted weird too so who knows if the kid compromised our food. I would never suggest coming here. Unfortunately this kid won't get reprimanded because it's hard to get people to take low paying jobs Food: 3 Service: 1

So the store won't confirm if that's the new portion size for the regular roast beef.... I reached out when I got about half a dozen sandwiches like this (also with stale buns.) Corporate responded and offered a partial in-store credit but I just wanted an email from the store letting me know what happened and if that's going to be the norm on the regular roast beef. It took a couple weeks but Corey at the store finally called me wanting to know more about what upset me. (At 10am on a week day while I was at work) I called back just after 3pm and after about 30 rings someone finally picked up and said he wasn't there and didn't know when he would be. (This would be why I asked just for an email letting me know why the quality was so poor and it took so long to get back to me. I had even sent them all the pictures!!) I emailed back to the corporate person who had been following up and let her know. She said they will work to improve things. Overall the total order was a loss since my kids didn't like that they were just eating crunchy buns. We did manage to put all the slices of roast beef together from 6 sandwiches to make a normalish looking one. But it wasn't enough to feed us all so we had to go back out. End of the day the store doesn't care about it's customers and and corporate can't do anything about it. So going here is a gamble you could get screwed over or you get what you paid for. I would recommend going anywhere else at least for consistency and customer service. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Disgusting. Arby's is known for their thinly sliced roast beef... But what I got, was yuck. I threw my whole meal in the trash.

Burger made with elk, and other red meats, was too dry; it needs a more flavorful fat. Not just a bath in the deep frier to cook. Quite by accident, my burger only had the cherry sauce, pickles & fried onions on the last half the burger--and not very much of it was served, the part with condiments on it was alot less dry, and it was very tasty. Add fat to the meat blend, or (and) be more generous with the condiments. This could be a much better Burger. PS my vote is FOR Orange Shakes 365 days a year. Had a wonderful experience with a catering order I had for an event. I called ahead and spoke with Kevin who was so helpful with taking the order and giving me suggestions on the best way to heat up the sandwiches, as there was going to be a gap in time between when we picked up and food and when the guests would be eating it. When I arrived to pick up the order, it was all boxed up and ready to go. The transaction was super easy. I would definitely work with Kevin and this Arby's again for future catering orders. First chicken sandwich I got was great. The second one barely had any sauce on it barely had any ranch. Customer service was also bad. It was really bad like you need to train your employees how to greet people and smile when you’re taking orders. But your soul is robots working for this company. This was the first time I used the Arby's app. I didn't realize that their default is that you will come inside and pick up your order, not go through the drive-thru. The sign on the side of the pickup area says skip the lines and order from the app but my experience was that the people in the lines got served before I did. Eventually the person working there asked me what I was waiting for and when I told him then he went and got it together. The food was good but the app to dining room experience was not. Awful. They microwave the fillet fish and the water inside the fish burns your mouth or hands when you bite it as the water heated too much. The shakes are hard like ice cream and you have to wait a long time for it to melt do you can drink it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My favorite arbys (have 4 closer to home, but prefer this location) everyone's friendly & helpful - you can tell the employees like each other & work well together.
