Dad went over for the Veterans Day breakfast just to be greeted by rude employees who refused it then made him to seem like and idiot for coming by on a Veterans Day for a Veterans Day deal they advertised. He doesn't really care but shame on Arby’s for advertising something for Veterans then spitting in the face of Veterans for coming to something they advertised! Came to pick up a DoorDash & the lady over the intercom was extremely rude & unprofessional. I understand that restaurants are short staffed because I work at one but I have never took out my anger on a costumer. She totally cut me off & and acted like I was not important MINE YOU the drive thru was completely backed up at the order screen there was no one at eaither window. I did not come off rude or anything but she just started snapping on me as if I did something wrong. Waited on my DoorDash for over 20 minutes ! Very poor service and I WOULD not recommend this restaurant! The lady’s name is yessica the assistant manager!

I went to Arby's at 4975 Shelbyville rd in Louisville, KY and I found a fried bug in my fries. I posted the picture below. You can see the legs of the insect sticking out. I called this Arby's location and a lady picked up. I told her what happened but she was rude and hung up on me. I called the Arbys customer service number 2 times. Each time I waited on hold for awhile but the line automatically hangs up on you after awhile so you never get to speak to a rep. I would have taken the food back to get a refund but I was already at home which was a distance away and I didn't have the time to go back. All I wanted was a refund. I will be writing a letter to the health state department about this. Won't be eating at Arby's anymore.

So happy the Orange Creme shake is back in season. The Buffalo Marketplace Wrap is messy but well worth it. Better have some xtra napkins or wipes, oh yeah & ranch. My other half got the French Dip and didn’t enjoy it at all. The fries were hot & delicious! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Service was exceptionally nice. I was not expecting that and it was quite a surprise. Curly fries are having a little different taste than regular ones so it's worth to try. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5

I haven't been there for three years and will continue to keep it that way. Last time I visited, a drive-thru worker sassed me because I went back for an missed item from my order because she didn't have her listening ears on. I even reported the incident to the corporate office and even got a sincere apology from them. I was aware that the dine-in was closed which is why I went to the drive-thru. How else was I supposed to get my orders correct? This was during the early period of the pandemic.
