Update By the way i reached out To that link ,no one ever contacted me Food is disgusting here Unbelievable to sell food in this condition Inedible, Stay far away Hadnt eatin lunch or dinner Ran around all day,thought id try the arbys Yikes ,burnt 🔥 and meat was all scraps. The service was friendly. The man working the window was very nice and polite. The food was nice and hot, freshly made. The crispy fish sandwich was for real CRISPY!! Asked for extra tartar sauce, and it could have used more, but it was good. It was really good except for one thing. I ordered the strawberry lemonade, and after I had already paid, I learned I could not get a refill. I wouldn't have gotten one if I had known. I tried to give them a chance because I liked their curly fries so when the Wagyu burger came out...I tried it...After sitting at the speaker for almost 10 min (almost another 10 at the window) and more than $7 for the burger itself... it was trash! They didn't even put the sauce on it...I bit my tongue..maybe it was just THAT staff THAT night. I went bk again weeks later and the same thing..sat at the speaker for 8.5 min...I drove off. Then enter the "Good Burger Meal" ...I decided to try it...AGAIN at the speaker for 6 min (at the window for another 15)...finally I ordered and after paying $13 and some change for a "burger and fry"...they ddnt even put the bacon, that is advertised, on the burger...then was told that I could have a large lemonade because they couldn't "do the shake"! Whatever that means, maybe they were using McDonalds' shake machine?? Also realized that my "hot" fries were only hot on the top...after I ate those, the others were stale and cold. I'm just over Arbys...too expensive for such trash service and food. I don't wanna speak for ALL Arby's establishments but GLOSTER STREET TUPELO, MS IS TRASH!!! DO BETTER!!! Same issue as every other fast food joint in Tupelo, they forget something in the order. We had a curly fry order missing and we didn't catch it until after driving across town. The food was good but for 4 folks it was nearly $50, one would expect friendlier customer service and better care of order prep. We ordered two roast beef combos and a cherry turnover. They didn’t put the turnover in the bag, had to go back and get it. Then we went to eat the roast beef and it looked awful. It was pink and cold. So we went back inside and the lady agreed and had them to cook two more sandwiches and they were the same way. The workers in there are really rude and the ones cooking were laughing as if they’re doing it on purpose. Definitely won’t be back. I will never ordered Arby's on uber eat against and it had nothing to do with uber it was the quality of the food as much as it cost to have food delivered they have the nerve to be tardy with the amount of vegetables and sauce on the gyros and apple turn was okay but not fresh but you spend $29 to have food delivered and they send you something like that and then they you to take pictures of it when already know it wasn't right that just add insult to injury and I will never shop at Arby's ever again. Always have had great service & food from the Arby's in Tupelo. I usually order the Greek Gyro or the Buffalo Chicken sandwhich. Great prices for the amount of food you get. Arby's is usually ok.. I got the 5 piece fish strip fries, Dr. Pepper. Fries were cold. Fish pieces were TINY! This was very little food, for $13.18. I won't be back. Felt completely ripped off. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
