Many visitors of this fast food state that good roasted sandwiches, turkey and brisket are served here. The cheerful staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Professional service is what a number of people underline characterizing Arby's. Prices are average for the quality you get. There is quiet atmosphere at this place. But most clients who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

Came in for an interview today, but first ordered some food. I asked for 3 sliders, got 2, and while glancing the menu over, I was being rushed for 25 cents worth of meat a sandwich that are advertised commercially at $1, but are 2.50. So that's $6 I spent, and I'm not even half full As for the interview, I was overqualified for the position, had experience from Cheesecake Factory, and was talked to like it takes a degree to make a roast beef sandwich. If only I can give this place a zero star review. I would!!! Was at this Arby’s today and received horrible treatment from the manager. Went inside to order. The manager was covering the register at the front but she never looked my way as I am standing in front waiting to order. I know fast food places can get busy so I waited to be served. There was only one other customer in front of me but he wasn’t standing directly in line. After standing there for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff. I asked the other customer to see if he already ordered yet and he said yes. Another customer came in and waiting with us. After a few more minutes of waiting the new customer finally called out “Are you guys not taking orders?” The manager then turned around and said “No we are not taking any more orders.” It was only 7 pm on a Saturday night and she refused to take our order but they continue to take orders from the drive thru. I finally spoke up and told her I have been standing here for a while and if she was not taking any orders why she didn’t tell us right away. She said they were backed up and can’t take any more orders. I looked up at their screen of orders and there were only 3 orders on the screen but yet I can hear someone ordering through the drive thru. I just couldn’t believe she refused to take my order. I was very angry and I left. My husband called that Arby’s right after and asked why they refused to take my order. She told my husband that if I had waited a minute she would have taken my order. How was I supposed to know to wait a minute when she clearly told me we are no longer taking orders. If she could have taken my order she should have said if you wait a minute I’ll take your order. My husband was still in the middle of asking her that and she hung the phone up. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went there around 1pm today and ordered a regular roast beef and French dip meal and all were cold. Even the fries. Happens every time at this location and you’d think we’d learn by now. This location sucks. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Says they close at 6pm, Christmas Eve but I went and they closed early apparently at 5pm. I guess McDonald's gets my business feeding a house full of people. Good job Arby's 👍🏻 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the only arbys to make a meat mountain that I have found in Oklahoma. The staff was very accommodating and the food was great. I’ll be back for sure

Ordered a 4 piece kids' meal through doordash and got these depressing, tiny, overcooked nuggets. I called the store and a lady, I'm assuming the manager, answered the phone, cut me off when I was telling her about the nuggets saying that's how they come in the bag and if I want a refund I need to go through doordash. Then I told her that I was ACTUALLY calling to get them to drop fresh nuggets because I was going to order another kids meal and physically go to the store to pick it up then she said "mhm" and hung up. I work in food myself. If there's a quality issue with something, DON'T SERVE IT. Simple. I bought chicken nuggets and when u got them they were old and hard, when I told the manager about this she got defensive about it and said she made them herself. Obviously a lie since they were warm and hard. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got a roast beef. Opened it up and it was the rind of the beef. About 8 inches long one inch thick wrapped around the bun like a smile. It was leathery gross outer skin of the beef. ARBY'S DO BETTER! DEFINITELY TOOK IT BACK AND SHOWED THE MANAGER. HOW DO U SEND THAT OUT AND CALL IT EDIBLE? WISH I COULD POST THE PIC I TOOK HERE! Food: 1

We had some issues. We went at 6:17pm we ordered for 3 people, first was the "fried turkey" meal with no bun and a small sweet potatoe fry, a number 12 with a small Dr. Pepper, no mayo only mustard and we also ordered my brothers a number 1 with medium fry and medium coke at the end. We got to the window paid but they had got only two of the meals ordered and they forgot my brother I thought they missed the drink we asked for it and got it, but when they handed us the bag. My husband thought the price was too low for what we ordered and had me check. We looked and they had missed it entirely we ordered his paid and waited an additional 5-8mins. We got gome to find they gave him a crispey chicken with mayo not the #12, my food was cold the fries were dry, the lettuce was brown wilted, and the tomatoes were colorless with means that they were very old. Given I do not make sense when I talk so it may habe continued to the confusion in the order for that im sorry and it is late at night ive worked in food service I know foods not so great towards the end but still needs look into to improve this is not the first time.

Only 2 in drive thru. We both had to wait to order and then pull forward, from the window, to wait. I ordered the new southwest chicken avocado wrap. I had to add my own avacoda dip, because there only was a drop of theirs, and there was 3 small pieces of chicken. See pic. My husband's shake wasn't fully mixed. It was a Jomacha with an inch of vanilla at the bottom, but they did a good job on the crinkle fries. Just disappointed. I worked as a teenager at arby's and tell everyone they have the freshest food, but what's happen to quality. Really going down hill here...
