I order two 1/2 half pound roast beef sandwiches, toss the bun. Then when I eat it throughout the day, I melt butter and dip the roast beef. This is a wonderful way to eat carnivore while you're away from home, which I am because I'm pet sitting for 8 days/nights. Arby's is a perfect place for on the go carnivore. The food was decent, but I found the portion sizes to be on the smaller side. While the flavors were satisfactory, I wished for a bit more quantity. The customer service was also okay. The staff was courteous, but the service didn't particularly stand out. It met the basic expectations, but there wasn't a notable wow factor in terms of attentiveness or friendliness. Food was good, as expected. The reason for the 5 stars is the customer service! The 2 gentleman in the drive thru tonight had amazing customer service. Name on the receipt says Aceyian, I did not get a look at their name tags. Way to go guys! It's rare these days that you go through the drive thru anywhere and have such friendly service. Drive thru review: Food was actually very enjoyable. Fries were cooked well and warm. The Turkey with Swiss sandwich was really good, bread nicely toasted. The staff was very friendly and worked to get my food out as quickly as possible. I have four stars because of the price. For a Medium sized combo meal, I spent close to $12. That’s nuts for an Arby’s. I was actually even considering getting a side beef and cheddar sandwich, which that alone was $5. So much for getting affordable fast food these days. The service is always pretty good at this location and the food is always fresh. The amount that you get for the price has gone down a little, but that is a sign of the times. The eating areas were clean. We have eaten at this location several times and up to now have never gotten sick. Would recommend. The employee that helped us was awesome. There were only 3 people working, during the lunch hour and they were slammed. She had such a wonderful attitude. Was kind, empathetic and was very courteous. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Went through the drive through and ordered 4 beef n cheddars with extra red sauce and crinkle fries. Got to the window and was told to pull up because fries weren't ready. We pulled up and sat there for about 5 minutes and never got our order. Meanwhile cars were moving through the drive through. Finally, I went inside and asked for my order. I was told I would have to wait. Finally they gave me my order. We got home to find out that instead of extra sauce on our sandwiches, there was no sauce. It clearly said on the order, extra sauce. We don't eat at Arby's a lot but have never had a bad experience at this location. But neither have we had a great experience, either. It's an Arbys. [Edit - 01JUN2023] Came in today on a whim. I'd been hankering for a burger but decided one of the gyros would suffice. The hero of this story is Joe at the front counter. Joe was amazing in his personality, which was brimming with charisma and character. if he ever decides to get out from behind that counter and in front of other people, he'll have a great future in front of him. I mean, seriously, if he hadn't been there this morning my experience might have been far less than it was. I ordered the wagyu beef deluxe burger on Joe's recommendation, and while I didn't love the burger, it was sufficient for what I needed. Oh! And the three pepper sauce is amazeballs. If you like a little spice on your food, grab some of the three pepper sauce and enjoy life for a moment. The ketchup, though, was a little thin for my tastes. The tea, both sweet and unsweet, was great. Many places have tea that tastes old or dirty but this tea was clean and fresh, which I appreciated.
