I'm from Sydney. I've always wanted to come to Applebee's Very busy, family dinner place (similar to sizzler) n cheap.. But I don't know why.. it's not just Applebee's.. just when I order steak, I pacificly said "Medium" but came with well done.. why?? Why is it so hard to make Medium.. I ordered the 8oz sirloin cooked medium through door dash. This is what I got. Cooked well done (how could it be anything other than since it was insanely thin). This is one of the most disappointing meals that I've ever encountered. I began my order with trying to use their app but it would not take the order so I called and made my order and they tell me it would be done in 25 minutes. When I got there they hadn't even come close to finishing my order even though they had said it would be done on time. They said it would be 5 more minutes because they had to make the rest of my order so I sat there and over 20 minutes go by and I finally end up getting my order and I get home and the bottom of my buns are soggy, my wings are drenched in the barbecue sauce, and the Ranch is watery. I tried going a second time this last weekend but I got the same result a inconsiderate and disorganized group of workers. They not only wasted my time but they also wasted my money and my gas. Absolutely disgusting, bad gray tatesless steak, gray shrimp, honey on pasta, and bad customer service. Only asked once for refills and never asked us about the food. Not worth the money or time. Applebees was a wonderful dine in experience that i got to share with my wife. We had the 2 for 22 meal deal and both enjoyed the honey bbq chicken nuggets. And a medium rare burger with bacon and cheddar cheese. The food was great and so was the service. I also enjoyes lot the photographs and paintings dedicated to Bozeman, and Montana.we hardly waited for our food to be severed and the same for our appetizers.
