I actually have never eaten at this location before. I have visited other nearby locations and others while vacation. Food and service was as you would expect but the place really needs new... I can't explain it totally, but carpets, booths, flooring, not necessarily dirty, but weathered. I wouldn't drive by it if I was hungry but every now and then, you need to brighten up the place. Always the best service EVERYTIME! The staff is always attentive, professional, and add to the experience. The food is always top level...fresh, hot and delicious. I can't ever remember having to wait more than 15-20 min for my food to come from the kitchen. Outstanding all the way around. When we first arrived at the restaurant, there were no one to greet is bit eventually an attendant from the bar escorted us to our table. This place is both cozy and sporty because it has booths and bar with large flat screen TV all over and at different angle for sporting broadcast. The server was okay, she checked occasionally to make sure we were okay. The menu has seafoods, chicken, steak and ribs with 2 for $22 and 2 for $30 platters. The alcohol selections were limited. Parking lot is free with convenient handicap accessible parking.

My partner and I gave up on Applebee's year's ago but decided to try it again. Nothing has changed as far as the food quality goes. Broccoli and Mashed potatoes were good. Steak was an old kill cow grade and overcooked from what I ordered. Even asked if anything go rareer than med rare but come out nearly well done. Onion rings were excellent though. They should use the onion ring coating on the shrimp. Would be much better. BBQ ribs were tender and tasty also. Waitress was super nice and we had a great deal on food! Food was good, and it came quick! The breadsticks were amazing! Good night have been a bit fatty but for the price that is what is expected. Would totally recommend and get the breadsticks!

The only reason I am giving this review 2 stars is because the follow up and service was good, let's start with that. I had ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad without the bugs I thought. Half way through eating my food I notice something dark stuck in a piece of lettuce. Upon further inspection I find bugs. Leads me to believe that the food is not handled properly, not cleaned well or at all. I excuse myself from the table and go into the restroom to find it dirty. Toilet paper and paper towels everywhere, seats a mess, sinks gross. Just not an overall pleasant experience. Saving grace was that the staff was very apologetic, the manager did come out to speak with me and offer me something else. Why would I want something else and run the risk?

My fiancée had a rough day a few weeks ago, and that night we went to Applebee's, and the waitress made the night so much better for us. She was really accommodating to my partner and I. I hope next time we go, we get her again. I can't remember her name, but I'll know her face when I see her.
