Apple Barrel in Broken Arrow is a great restaurant. Good food cooked to perfection. We’ve been going there since they opened. Before they opened it was a good Chinese buffet but Apple Barrel made it even better. It’s a convenient spot for us as they are literally across the street from our home. There are plenty of restaurants around us but we choose them over the others. They have a good variety on their menu so they will have something for everyone if you have picky eaters like my family. The staff is always friendly and if you do have a problem they will take care of it! They are the comfort food and exotic food restaurant that you will enjoy. That is very hard to do. Great desserts as well. When I left the Army I worked at Black Eyed Pea restaurant as a line cook so I’m really critical of restaurants but Apple Barrel matches them . So if you’re looking for a great dining experience or take out give them a try and I’ll guarantee you will be happy.

Don’t go for breakfast! We spent $54 on 3 people. The what we thought was the bacon and egg plate was just eggs, potatoes, and toast. We had to pay $3.49 extra for bacon so the price went from $6.99 plus $3.49 for bacon and then a substitute Belgian waffle for $4. 2 large orange juices at $4 a piece, and a coffee for $3. No thank you Jakes will always have my business where I don’t get charged extra for 3 pieces of lousy bacon and I can substitute my bread for a waffle no charge and the orange juice is $2 for a large. The prices here are ridiculous! The owner must be making up for losing the business that is now the steakhouse. Eaters beware of your bill! Plus they charge a convenience fee if you don’t pay cash! Our server was extremely friendly & attentive. He was literally one of the nicest servers I’ve had in an extremely long time. We came in from Arkansas & could tell that this restaurant had its regulars that they have built up relationships with. 10/10 recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Looking for new place for breakfast close to our new home, and found it at Apple Barrel Cafe in Broken Arrow. Great menu variety with a good value. Our server Michelle was awesome! She was very friendly and attentive through the whole meal, and kept the coffee coming. We will be back! Wow! I am blown away at our experience. Our server was fast! Our food came out relatively fast (we had three littles with us so time perception is different when they are hungry and fussy). The food was good. They had “mouse” pancakes that were so cute! Overall, we will be back! Thank you for providing this great breakfast spot to Broken Arrow and keep up the great work! Never disappointed!! Food is always served hot and fresh and well seasoned! We dine here at least 3 times a month for breakfast or dinner. Wait staff is always friendly and attentive. This is a cozy, very, very nice, down home type restaurant with very friendly people and the food was as good as you'll find anywhere. It reminded me of Furrs Cafeteria and that is a Huge compliment to them! Loved it!!! (Two Chicken Fried Steak Dinners for $17.99)! As far as take out goes... great American food place. Easy to order and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We ordered two full meals and dessert. Yummy. Upon returning to Dine-In… they just keep getting better… Loved the cup-of-soup and the special, Smothered Chicken. My daughter’s spud (converted in meat) was so much, she had to take half of it home. Enjoy this place.

First of all, the servers are always pleasant and cheerful, like they genuinely enjoy their job. Super knowledgeable about a large menu with many delicious options. The management team is always walking around the restaurant delivering food and coffee, while checking on people and asking how they are. The food is fantastic, and a great bargain. The sweet and savory is a favorite for my kids, which includes mounds of bacon, eggs, hash browns, and a ‘mini’ (it’s not mini) cinnamon roll, all at a great price! We can’t go anywhere as a family and leave this full and happy, with leftovers and not at a huge cost. Absolutely love this place!!
