Fresh ingredients. Had the iced chai latte and caprese sandwich. Both were refreshing, and the chai latte was like a slushee. Such a neat concept.

We were visiting the area from out of town and found this gem of a coffee shop! The chai latte was superb as well the yummy pastries - the type that melt in your mouth! The service was exceptional, too! Highly recommend!

I have wanted to do this review for a long time, I have had the opportunity to visit this beautiful place on several occasions, I want to congratulate the owner along with her staff, there are three women who work there who have a charming kindness, the attention is spectacular, everything has spectacular details you must stop by this cafeteria with a good time since all its food is prepared at the moment no matter how simple as you see it, I will always recommend this place to go and spend a date with the one you like.
The only recommendation for improvement is for ourselves as customers who sometimes do not have so much kindness when requesting what we want to eat, otherwise there is nothing to improve than amuse 5.

Today was our second visit to this coffee shop. The aesthetic of the place is beautiful. The taste of the coffee I have had in two different occasions is good; nothing too special. It is necessary to say, that our orders in the two separate occasions took too long to be made. Today, we were served our drinks first and after a while, a bit after 35 minutes of waiting , our food was not yet served. This last time we needed to take it to go. Because they were taking too long, it crunched our time; we did not have the time to eat in, we had somewhere else to go. Sadly, I feel, 35 minutes is too much for preparing simple menu items. As I requested a to-go cup for my coffee, the waitress displayed annoyance. Notwithstanding, at the beginning of our order, one of my nieces requested an item from the menu, and the waitress eruptively said no; no explanation as to why she could not order the item of the menu. Additionally, my other niece requested one of the menu items to be specifically made, and the waitress behaved as she had no idea of what was being requested, and did not ask for details. After the drinks were served, at no time the waitress came back to our table to ask if we needed anything else and give us an update on when our food would be out. Needless to say we were the ONLY people there. After these two separate experiences, I feel that my business is unwanted in this coffee shop. It’s my opinion that the waitress devalued our presence and her behavior was an unwelcoming one. Because of this, I am not looking forward in visiting the coffee shop again.

Every year my husband & I come to Florida to get away from our horrible winters in Illinois. We are always looking for great places to eat and in the many years of being foodie's we have thoroughly enjoyed many! But I have to say the quality of food, ambiance, service & hospitality that Amuse 5 Bakery on 14th St. W in Bradenton offers...is superb! The portions are very well balanced, the delicate and elegant appeal of how the food is served makes it even more inviting. Cozy seating, wonderful food & great service, makes this restaurant a must to visit...bring your special someone for a great breakfast or lunch experience! We will be back and truly enjoyed our lunch today. Thank you so much!
