A lovely pasta and pizza place with yummy food, berger, wine, and Italian sodas. Pastas, pizzas, and their garlic breads are just brilliant. I went a couple of times, and this review is from my second time. The first time, I was just too hungry and forgot to take pics or post a review. Better late than never ! The place has good seating and no patio seating as far as I saw. You place the order at the kiosk, pay at the counter, and walk along the counter as they prepare your food. At the end of the counter, at the pick-up counter, you pick up your food and head to your seats. There are ready to order options, or you can build your own pasta and pizzas. There are plenty of veggie options, too. You can also order online and pick it up directly at the pick-up counter. Parking is sufficient for the amount of seating available. This is a good place to end your day after an afternoon or evening in Roswell downtown. The location is not right next to downtown, nor is it too far. I would say it's ideally located for a nice walk to get your appetite up for some Italian food. Passed by this place many times, finally went in tonight. I was not disappointed. Freshly made pasta, homemade sauce, huge meatballs, and garlic bread, all served promptly and piping hot. Along with plenty of free, convenient parking. What’s not to love? Fantastic, great value, family-friendly alternative to their always-packed, inaccessible Canton St. competitor. Sure, it’s walk-up counter service and the room is basic. But, when ambience isn’t essential, this place hits the mark in every other way. 5 stars! A great place in Roswell for Pastas and Pizzas. They have a kiosk to place your order and I love that you can customise your food! This is my second visit here and everything we had so far has tasted pretty good. I would definitely recommend the Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp and if you like to keep it light you could try the Mediterranean style pasta. The portion sizes for pasta are perfect for a single person enjoying your meal whilst not feeling too stuffed. The ambience is casual cafe style, serving freshly baked food, with a well priced menu. We happened to stop in Roswell and found this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. We were greeted immediately by the staff and they were very friendly. The quality of the ingredients are there. Their pasta, sauces, and bread are made in-house. The ingredients for the pasta and pizza are fresh as well. There is a kiosk you can order at which we found very convenient. The interior is very spacious with an open kitchen. My Wife and I both got the build your own combo for 13.00 which gives you your pasta choice, sauce, protein, and 6 additional ingredients. The dish also comes with a piece of freshly baked baguette that is AMAZING. The portion sizes are also very generous. I highly recommend this place if need your pasta fix (my wife gets those a lot), without the $20+ dollar price tag or sacrificing flavor. We’ve ordered take out several times and the pasta is always fresh and delicious. Today we finally ate inside for my toddler’s birthday, and it was even better. As he was eating his bowl of simple rigatoni and pomodoro he said, “I’m happy to come here!” I also cleared my plate of fettuccine with vodka sauce, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes. Simple. Fresh. Stopped by for lunch while car in shop down the street...and it was perfect and delicious...the ingredients are so fresh, made to order, portions are big. A personal pizza was plenty for 2. Friendly staff and very clean environment. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The actual pasta was fresh and enjoyable. Where they miss the mark is the sauce. I’m not sure why their ratings are so high but we tried both a dish with alfredo and one with tomato sauce. Bland is an understatement. They boast homemade sauces but it doesn’t taste like it. I’ve made homemade sauce they was richer and more flavorful. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

There are so many options to choose from but for my first visit with a friend I choose the “build your own” option. I was not disappointed all. Took my little girl to the American Pasta Factory. She ordered pizza and I ordered chicken fettuccine with added shrimp, and veggies. Since it was our 1st time, one of the guys came from behind the counter to assist. The service was pretty fast. The restaurant was pretty quiet because there weren't many people. The pizza was good but a little too charred on the bottom. The fettuccine looked and smelled amazing bit I felt like the pasta was a bit undercooked. I wanted to love it but couldn't get past the texture of the pasta. I would try it one more time to see if it were just a fluke. Other than that, it was just an ok experience. Food was amazing and family loved it. Only thing that lacked was the ordering system. They only had 2 kiosks and it took about 20 min just to put our orders in so could be more efficient.
