Overall a very good place to chill by the lake. With hanging Hancock’s and two nice terraces. just 2 minutes to the lake and you can swim, which is amazing because was already very hot. The rooms are very basic, but we had a good mattress. Toilets have taps and flush that don’t work, need maintenance. There was hot shower 24h. The menu has Nepali, western and Israeli options, as well as vegetarian of course. Pancakes (150- 280PNR depends on additional ingredients), shakshuka 300PNR, fresh mint tea 40PNR, big wraps aprox 300PNR, veg burger (comes with a soda 350PNR) and the deserts - hello 2 the king was amazing 300 (perfect to share) were really good options. Everything prepared at the moment, taking a bit of time. Prices are increased a bit too much for some options, like veg momos 180, milk tea 55 and veg Dal Bhat 310. Internet was better than others we had in Nepal, but is very inconstant. Anyway we had great chilled days there. It’s perfect to disconnect and get fat 😄 I meant sleep, eat, relax!!!🙊

It should really be 4 or 4.5- don’t expect the Hilton- but compared to the other guesthouses it’s completely fine. Add to that the kind family, great food, pricing and- above all - the view, and you get 5 stars. The hot shower can be improved.

Wow some of the best food I’ve had in Nepal. The veg burger was homemade full of veg eggs & nuts, in a homemade Pitta bread, with homemade tahini, homemade relish AND homemade chips. Their deserts are to die for ... I had peanut butter & chocolate momos (it was my birthday) and swung in a hammock overlooking the lake. This family also own acuna matata down the track. Same menu & possibly an even nicer place to chill. Thanks guys I’ll be back for hello to the Oreo (did I mention that 🤣) 🙏
The place is calm and the fish here is fresh +delicious. Hospitable and if you are around Pokhara and you need a cool calm place get here and spend time. Sip down some beers and fish on the banks of the Begnas lake. Also visit the tower where you can see both Rupa lake and Begnas lake.

It's a family-run guest house - all the foods were homemade and really really good!! Quiet and relaxing place, good view and very near the lake for swim. The owner was very friendly and a very good cook. You should visit this place for food if you visit Begnas lake. The only downside was the rooms - so many insects and needs to be cleaned up!
It lies 70mtr from the lake ..so it's easy to go for swimming everyday... it's has all overlooking view begnas lake, with beautiful sun set... beautiful six room.. the food is amazing...hummus Thakani pitta bread fresh fish bbq.. Indian food.. chocolate banana momo, hello 2 the queen n other dessert makes u happy...
